If there is anyone having large funds with AC , i would be very careful to say the least.

First of all i was getting tons of request to connect with them through linked in(yes of course i want to link my linked in account to a betting company to let all my co workers know i'm a fking gambler lol) , facebook or some other shit and now they even sent out a newsletter showing all i repeat all email adresses of german speaking customers who are registered with them.
That is just not acceptable for a betting company.
How can you trust a company who has these serious flaws regarding custumers privacy?

On top of that im also now getting spammed by idiots who use the same mailing list and even have AC as the subject of the email.

Is that what you do when you don't want any betting on a game?

Instead of a popup saying "Betting is temporarily suspended" , "Line being adjusted", something like that, you leave it up with no notification (30 minutes till start of game so it's not a time issue) but take away the bet window???

I'm suspecting my post above is the answer.
I closed the tab, started a new tab, logged in, and another bet I want has a bet window.

I think that's the way they take a game off the board temporarily/permanently.

Next time I get the no window I'll check other sports to see if I'm correct. I'd just been assuming it's a tech problem with trying to make any bets, but now I suspect it's just for specific bets.

It's definitely not time related though - unless they're mistakenly taking games "off the board" by shutting down the bet window 30 minutes before the actual start time.


I also get no Captcha text to enter about half the time. That happened tonight, but I closed it out, started a new window, and this time there wasn't even a Cloudflare at all - got right to the site.

I sent them a 2nd pm response, and got a response from that on the 2nd attempt.
I've asked them to look at my last posts over here.

It does for me as well. But the small window in the bet slip to enter a bet stake does not appear. The bet I click on is in the correct place on the slip, and the odds. But I cannot enter a bet amount because there is no place to do so.

I did make a bet successfully over there yesterday, leading me to think this is their method of taking a bet off the board.
That is, sometimes I see the bet amount window, sometimes I don't.

What you are experiencing is not intentional. If you could tell us which browser you've been using, what the event was and even send a screenshot when this occurs it would be much appreciated and will help us solve this faster.

I was limited to a max bet of 52.63 mBTC or 0.05263 BTC = ~ $20 USD risked.

Hopefully this was a mistake on the book's part and your limits are not really that micro...

I was not allowed to rebet it.

Sent a pm 12 hours ago but haven't received a response yet.

All of this hassle, and then a $20 betting limit...

Even worse, I could've gotten the same bet elsewhere for all I wanted, but wanted to use BetVIP.
Now cannot get the bet at other book.

If a person doesn't use a book, it doesn't mean the book is bad. BetVIP is currently rated a "C-". I personally use the book and would rate them much higher but I take input from others seriously. This is why Harib's experiences with BetVIP, good or bad, are important.
