if you open FAR manager, you see 2 column. In left column you select folder where is "plots" and miner java (head hdd)
in right column open another hdd and plots folder. select plots with insert button (yellow marking)
in left column open "head" folder plots
press ALT+F6 and select symbolic link... profit

Is there plans to get the wallet and miner converted to C? Java just eats up too much ram and causes crashes/reboots, even if all the ram isn't used.

Porting the wallet to C would be a lot of work, and it would a pain to maintain and ensure compatibility between them. A C thin client wouldn't be out of the question at some point, but its not a priority.

I've found that most miner issues are actually windows prefetching eating up peoples' ram, not the miner, however dcct did make a C miner also.

and problem is not in prefetching or mapping, but in paged pool memory i think (i got 8gb of 16gb in paged pool memory that cause instability)

Yes you can use other pc with lan and link with mklink plot file in one plot folder and run one miner for many plotfile in one system.
