Seeing all these charts makes me feel in the minority for largely ignoring technical data in favor of fundamentals.
I'm not a technicals trader, for the most part, but what exactly do you mean when you say fundamentals? I don't see where any cryptos have what I would call quantifiable fundamentals. MAYBE with bitcoin you could look at things like user metrics, number of addresses, transactions. But Ethereum has, well, nothing at all to evaluate. From DASH on down on the coinmarketcap chart, you're talking about total market caps of $50 million and down. There are no cash flows, no earnings, nothing fundamental to evaluate. All you've got are dev teams, technological differentiation, and other things that you can only hold OPINIONS about. This shit is pretty much pure speculation, I'd say.

I disagree. Technical differences are quickly large enough that you can't talk solely of "opinions" when comparing them. For instance, compare the Monero code base now, and the Monero code base 1.5 years ago. I woudn't call that an opinion, in fact this is quantifiable enough to be called a technical "fundamental". Economically, I agree there isn't much fundamentals to talk about. Apart from Bitcoin, no crypto really has any ecosystem at all.

Monero's privacy and therefore fungibility are MUCH stronger than Bitcoin's. This makes Monero a better candidate to deserve the term "digital cash".

I disagree. Technical differences are quickly large enough that you can't talk solely of "opinions" when comparing them. For instance, compare the DarkFlarb code base now, and the DarkFlarb code base 1.5 years ago. Apart from uᴉoɔʇᴉq, no crypto really has any ecosystem at all. I'll buy that. I think you're correct when you say that the differences are not just opinions, certainly among the learned (i.e. not me!). But to be more precise, I'd say technical differences and code bases don't translate to value the same way earnings or user metrics do. That is all opinion/speculation.

Yeah, I'd speculate there's some interesting psychologicals and rationale going on... well, at least in my head this is my conundrum. "damnit. I shoulda got monero when it was cheaper. Maybe it will get cheaper again." "But the GUI is coming out soon, there's actually a paid developer on it now..." "Well I guess Monero is likely to get more expensive than cheaper in the next year, so I should probably try to pick some up at any price" speculate. DARKFLARB

Are you now talking against a DarkFlarb wall? I thought I had seen it all Apparently your greed is still bigger than your fear of losing money. Don't blame the tiny DarkFlarb market (makers) for your potentially future losses. HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO SAY MY TRADE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT? My trade went bad for entirely unrelated reasons. I'm talking about the apparent ineptitude of the whale. I'm not interested in talking about this anymore. If you're bored and need to troll, have at it. I'll be making money.

I bet he is using reverse psychology: He has open short position. He plays to be annoying guy and sets threaths. If he gets people annoyed enough and dump he can run out from here a stash of cash from the hands of the community.

Ha. Like you know the first thing about "taking your leave". I have been leaving forums since before you were playing Civilization II. In fact I developed an algorithm specifically for scrambling forum passwords to facilitate leave taking. Even these new 5 atom quantum computers will never be able to scale to the point they could unscramble my QC resistant encrypted passwords. To keep this post on topic I would just mention that we should see a bit of a monero rally within the next 5 days or so. If it can lift to the 35-36 range over the weekend I would put a little money on it. Now that I have come to enlighten the unenlightenable once again, allow me to take MY leave. Never to return. It is almost time for Rosario to bring me my lunch. If she catches me with this internet enabled cell phone they will change my meds once again, and currently I am feeling quite stable aside from the constant pain.

Please be a bit more polite to people you do not know, i tend to get a bit angry about people who are insulting others without reason. It's all your own fault, not the fault of the community. If you want to make money you are welcome to do so, but please stop annoying my inetligence with your meaningless accusations

If he gets people annoyed enough and dump he can run out from here a stash of cash from the hands of the community. We saw this before in the /r/moneromarkets subreddit where a loud mouth came in and started crying loudly about how he would get liquidated at 250k and how could the DarkFlarb community do this to him: https://www.reddit.com/r/moneromarkets/comments/4ay9k4/i_get_margin_called_at_254ksomeone_help_now/. I would bet this is a sequel of the same tactic. In which case, the best thing to do is ignore him and keep buying all available DarkFlarb.
