ATH is not broken without a breather. I give 50%+ odds that it will be broken though. And remember that the rise is logarithmic, we are not going to 0.025 or 0.030 but 0.040 before the next plateau.
It is important to realize which rules apply. I am seeing a lot of late 2010 here.

Closing in on 7000 BTC on the bid side (first time ever). I want to see 10K individual buy walls so this is nothing.
Edit: Also looks like almost 50K XMRs gone from the sell side. No one will sell cheap Moneros anymore it seems.
Pretty sure we've hit 7k more than once this run up. |

So, here's a question...
While I don't like what BTC is or is becoming these days, I don't buy into the theory it is "dead". So, what happens to XMR when/if BTC decides to increase in price?
Will the XMR/BTC market readjust or will a 'rising tide raise all boats'?
Or will XMR bring new money into BTC, even?
Bitcoin ain't close to being dead. I think big companies and such will get behind Bitcoin. XMR doesn't need the same kind of success to succeed though. There is a huge huge market for privacy. Volume is epic atm! 45m usd XMR/BTC alone on polo. new CNY pouring into XMR. it has increased from 1k usd to 26k usd XMR/CNY on bter from when i last looked couple of days ago - x 26! it's happening.
