@larraboj -- You certainly seem to have an axe to grind where Moolah's concerned. My guess is you're ex-CryptoRush.
Regardless, I think it's fair to say we can take your comments with a pinch of salt Wink
I don't know what this has to do with cryptorush (the exchange that got hacked/scammed a few months ago? I didnt even know moolah was involved - but that would explain the hacking/scamming hehe, you know, with moolah being a fraudster and all.
This is about the IPO escrow that moolah was supposed to handle but for some reason keeps changing the terms and treats the investment money as if it were his.
When is he going to realize that it's not his bitcoins?
It belongs to the investors or the devs, not moolah.
Hi Larraboj, I dare you to post your real name - seeing you are making these accusations of Moolah,
you must be certain that you can back them up and not be sued for slander?
(end sarcasm)
Let's say I agree with gefafwisp: take a pound of salt with the Boj's words.
After all - he is answering his own posts, so let that be enough indication for those who understand.
Since not all readers are native English speakers, they might get mightily confused about the hate and bad words,
so I suggest that the mods take the red pencil and ban hammer to the unnecessarily caustic posts of late.
I entered the IPO with full knowledge that things might come up as this is a very new, unique coin.
If you do not appreciate that, then I suggest you do not invest in such a coin that clearly communicated that it is unique and new
and not just *claiming* it, but actually *implementing* a lot of new and unique features.
I did buy more Sys and I am HODLing since I have patience and can wait till things start being recognised for what they are.
The FUD is a nuisance, but that too will pass. The value of the coin and its network will show eventually.

I believe it is larraboj's pal bobsurplus and the gang. Buy low but do not sell, is the best advice I can give.

24 HR VOLUME
10.082 BTC

Here we go, price down at 215 at mintpal. Dump and pump?

I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

Yeah, the recent days show increadible waves of FUD'ers passing through,
so I can only conclude that someone is trying to manipulate and sending his people to come talking bad about Sys
until enough investors have lost hope and dump, then the whale happily pumps, the surprised investors panic-buy back in
at the top of the pump and the whale leaves laughing all the way to the bank...

it's really amusing watching this FUDers, ok..this is my last post about price today, please moderate this if necessary to keep this thread clean for technical and constructive discussion.
And from my point of view the logic and fact in Syscoin :

1. It's not even 30 days since it launch, no halving yet. logic says reduce mining income mean reducing price dump pressure and along with development and (hopefully) good marketing/PR campaign there is a good chance the price will automatically correcting to higher range, the blockchain says the many big Syscoin holder are still hold their coin, even if this big holder dump their coin during price climb to ICO price, the human nature greediness will take action and keep the price in good range.

2. Syscoin development have backup from Moolah (the legal registered business and the bigger looser if Syscoin failed), although their cooperation may need to have better legal term, communication and clearer job description, still..having backup from other bigger and legitimate business is an advantage and privileged other competitor won't have. (except you are the conspiracy theory believer like some of people in last page)

3. The devs just received their first payment, and have a good opportunity to really make a good progress, if they abuse the trust of their investor, their names will be remember by us and their chance to become leading crypto figure or crypto entrepreneur (and awesomely rich) will be in danger and they will become 2nd-3rd tier coder worker only and by judging their effort to help kittehcoin before and their (technical) work in the past 15 days after launch to fix the mistakes, i think we have good team here.

In stead of attacking the devs for shitty start I am more for patient approach. I am willing to wait month or two to give them a chance to work on their roadmap
Obviously some of them lack people skills, but that doesnt mean they are not good team and good coders. So if your goal is not FUDing and you hold coins as you say, youd better be quiet and leave devs to work.

I don't know where people are getting the idea that PR and people skills are to blame. It certainly helps to have those, but if the market was 100% confident that the leadership team was capable - confidence that was there before the launch, confidence that would've been cemented with a smooth launch -- marketing would be secondary. Important, but not a deal-breaker as far as market confidence.

As it is, the people skills of this team are fine - they've endured a lot more than I would have and they were certainly top notch during the pre-launch period. I mean they convinced a lot of people to hand them 1500BTC in total. PR is not the main issue.

This coin needs some strong positive signal. I hope the devs will use the first batch of BTC they received from moolah mainly for development. Sys is reaching new bottom almost every day. Joining the superNET community will probably reverse the deadly spiral this coin is in at the moment.

okok dano we are already bumping all  the other threads about this senseless deleting of people's opinion. You want more threads?
Why don't you work instead of deleting posts of the people you took the money from? huh?

I don't know if that deleting is of any use. Why do you think you can surpress what people want or have to say? You can't. Delete more, make it worse. Fool.

Let's hope thier new project will be better.

I just can say from coder point of view, and by looking their current code with so much improvement added from basic litecoin code, i don't think they can find better project currently, Syscoin code already provide big challenge for any developer, the features they projected are quite interesting and difficult but it also have big potential, and i hope they really bring qualified help because i believe it will be to slow to work on this size project with current rooster and of course some FUDers, competitors, or some random curious people already take some of developer time to answer the same thing over and over again, like other have said before, hire some Professional PR to handle all basic question and let the devs focus on technical development.

Moolah involvement in this only bring good thing so far, lets hope they can help devs and Syscoin to next level.

+1, this is why I hold all my coins until now, I think DEV will get more guys in after they got the first batch of investment, and DEV hold 50m + SYS themselves, this is why they will continue the development, but I prefer to trust they are honest men.

Yeah we aren't going anywhere, and we're working on growing the team more to help with these types of communications while we focus on larger dev goals. There is no new project.

Moolah is fine. The terms were changed (under mutual agreement) to give the Syscoin dev team the benefit of the doubt. Under the pre-existing terms funds would have been returned to investors on launch day and there would be no Syscoin.

What gives him the right to change the terms?

From what I understood. Moolah was supposed to hold the coins for a short period of time while the coin launched and until all the features worked.

If they could get the features working he would pay the devs (they didnt work). We should have gotten a refund but he fucked us there. Probably because he had too much invested in syscoin and couldn't let it fail.

Now since he decided to not refund, eventhough the terms clearly stated that he should have. What gives him the right to hold the coins indefinitely?

There are two options
1. Refund
2. Give coins to devs

Why the fuck does moolah think that the coins are his to keep?

It's quite simple actually. Mutual agreement between the two parties. There is no indefinite holding of coins, there is a staggered release of the remaining 750 BTC over the next 3 months - a move that the vast majority of the community supported. This same move was agreed between ourselves and the Syscoin development team, in order to ensure continued development and provide increased community support in light of this move. For some reason, you're having a tantrum over this, for reasons I cannot quite fathom.

^^ This is correct actually and we have plans to talk to Moolah today.

To be clear there was never any complaining about funds once funds were received (500btc).When we didn't have *any* funding we made it clear we needed some part of the fund to move forward at which point Moolah released 500btc to us as I clearly stated in my last post. Totally enough to get going and that is what we did. If people had read our news updates they would even see we are already proactively applying this fund to hire 3 new people -

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=757255.msg8648754#msg8648754 This is what we are working on at the moment.. Ignore the FUD

We'll continue as planned. Sorry for the pages of FUD that sprung up while I was busy this morning. We also have a new website and blog going live this weekend where you'll be able to find much more concise and clear information. We are also looking to hire a community manager- I agree entirely too much valuable time is spent managing this thread alone; CM's responsibilities will include managing this and more- Jobs will be posted on OP tonight and mirrored to website this weekend.
