Price is down because asic miners can merge mine syscoin with litecoin. Some people just dump it for more bitcoin/litecoin or whatevercoin. I hope they don't dump it like parallaxcoin from 5000 to 5 satoshi Cry.

1 xxx 2,077,215 18,180.954

This is an example on give-me-coins.com. 2 GH/S scrypt miner can mine almost 20000 syscoins per day. I always set my buy orders a bit lower if whales are in dumping spirit.

Don't know how much coins average users have but i only have about 10,000 now. I think i will ramp up my stock to 100,000.

Edit: OMG, website is superiour, love the roadmap.

With kind regards,
randywald

how? even if they have 2gh/s miner. doesn't mean they can mine a lot. they can only mine 184320 which is 0.51btc a day. It's the investors dumping. Because people want quick profit. And usually, profit is never quick. Everyone learns one day.

You are right. But do you really think they dump now if IPO price was 512 satoshi? Maybe they sell a small amout to buy back later if price drops again?

Edit: I will watch all this with open eyes and then we will see Wink.

Can anyone calculate and confirm daily supply? Could it be more then 200k sys?

128 Syscoin per block * 60 blocks per hour * 24 hours per day = 184320 Syscoin

It should be correct.

Then you also have the transaction fees added in correct?

^^ This is accurate, tx fees aren't newly generated coins. There are no more NEW coins introduced per day than 184,320. This number may vary slightly from day to day due to regenerated mining rewards (old coins being recycled).

The current rewards introduce <1btc of new coins onto the market per day. Current price movement is primarily impatient initial investors- miners don't currently control the supply given the low rewards and the 15% presale- even if they dumped everything they got, everyday.

We will add some info to our FAQ regarding all of these numbers since there have been questions about them before and users who've tried to explain haven't been able to perform arithmetic accurately so we will post an official breakdown in our FAQ. The rewards breakdown is already on our FAQ Page.

Not sure why people feel block rewards are too high- 128SYS per block is quite low and that is the "highest" reward. Yes, there are regenerated service fees as well but these aren't new coins.

While features of the coin are cool and may yield strength, the basic laws of supply and demand dictate value at the exchange, a surplus will yield a lower price where as shortage will yield the opposite.

Then we are good... I guess the impatience kicked in. It is nice the coins are changing from weak to stronger hands, but problem is while doing so the price is falling.

According to http://coinmarketcap.com/
Marketcap-wise, SYS around the time of the ICO was valued around or above the current market caps of Storj, Boolberry, NEM, Shadowcoin, Stealthcoin and Crypti - most of these coins have teams with long-running, well-recieved and/or well-established street cred, prototypes, coin launches and/or interfaces. Post-launch, SYS is now valued at the levels of dying or defunct coins like Ixcoin, Anoncoin and Unobtanium and above the level of new upstarts like SocialXbot and Neos. If the market's wrong in its re-valuation of SYS, it's simply a buying opportunity. If it's right, the decline is a correction from previous overvaluation.

Hi installed 1.3 version wallet a while back and while it was downloading the chain, i sent coin to receive address, but the damn wallet keeps getting stuck on 10 days left to download, i tried some help commands like repair ect. Still stuck hung at 10 days.

If i install the latest wallet will it just replace the old one but leave my deposit/receive address as it is, so the coins will end up there?. any help much appreciated.

not gonna panic just yet !.

Just wipe everything from your roaming folder EXCEPT your wallet.dat and install the new wallet.  The wallet.dat file is what stores your addies and coins.

That's unlikely, and also something I haven't heard. The dev for that project is well respected in the community and has been around for a while. I do not believe for a second it's a scam.

Yeah, like I said I honestly know very little about that project.  I think it was in the SC thread I saw people saying that.  Apologies if I was incorrect!

Not likely mate, good well respected people behind it. Seems everything associated with crypto-currency gets the scam moniker sooner or later deservedly or not...

Cheers i followed that, restarted everything including pc, now i get this error highlighted in yellow:

Warning: Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other node may need to upgrade.

Any ideas , it is now stuck on 3 weeks block 1633 for ages to.

any1 can join the supernet  thats the whole point of it to get as many cryptos on the supernet..and you take the short cut and use all the devs platforms..no one saying the dev who come with supernet idea is a scam far from it.we need are devs to be as good if not better than these devs from NXT.BTCD..and come up with ideas as good as his...we just got to wait and see..and could you please say why it would be better on the supernet..because some people hear supernet and go join join and have no clue why we should join..ive read the idea of the supernet ..and my idea why i don,t think we should join..might be different from yours please do tell pros and cons please
