Not sure why but prices are going up good over the last few days and few hours must mean the FUDDERS and panic sellers are buying back in lol or prices are just going up very nice bought in the 190s and now loving it going up maybe should sell my chunk or hold some more then sell

Wow your doing well getting SYS in the '190's' when it never went below 205-10 sats!!! lol

I got my SYS in the 90's So there!!

Their was a small spike and it was on eobot site when it whent on their converted bunch of coins and mined it when it got added think managed to scrap a fair chunk when people where trolling and fud and dumping coin  was small window and soon shot back but made some good returns so far and right now am still happy its going up. More higher the bigger rewards n will be saving some of it too.

I am well informed about SYS plans and this is just the beginning.

Top 3 team in altcoins besides DRK and XC.

I won't even think of doing ANYTHING with my SYS before it reaches 3-4k sat. Yep, 10 times more than its value now.

Just to put things into perspective here, though I know prices is not the focus of this coin. Just comparing to a NXT coin, which also has a lot going for it, syscoin extremely undervalued.

If you compare what coins can do, then look at coin counts and prices currently on coinmarketcap.

NXT

Coincount:    999,997,096
Prices:          $0.030776
 Market Cap:  $ 30,775,411

Syscoin

Coincoin:      372,352,371
Prices:          $ 0.001516
Market Cap:  $ 564,568

Now considering the amount of extra stuff on top of doing what NXT is doing that syscoin has or is about to have, it's extremely undervalued.

Just with coin count its got currently 2.8 times less coins than NXT. If it was even considered to have same market cap as next which i think in time as coin gets known and marketing happens, if just comparing apples to oranges with NXT syscoin would be valued at: 0.08265 per coin.

If NXT can get this market cap offer assets, syscoin can surely get this also considering it's offering same thing plus much much more, plus supported as a mineable coin, and fairer distribution.

I see it the same way you do. If we have it right, the appeal to business and to individuals should greatly increase as they come to recognize this. Eventually, even the Tooth Fairy will be giving payouts in SYS.

And you are even comparing to a coin that actually offers something.

Proof me wrong, but even ViaCoin is rated 100 times SYS with nothing but promises.

Definitely has the potential to knock bitcoin out of first place! It might be the case 5 years from now!

Absolutely, as there are very few coins out there that have real value to them. If I could make a list it wouldn't be that long. Lots of promises, and talk, but little delivery in most coins. NXT I used to compare cause it actually is a coin that does have usefulness in the 2.0 cryptos.

I'd love to hear of coins that actually have value other than obvious bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin (currency right now).

List is small, and hopefully newbies realize this and invest only in good coins and not get ripped off. If coins like viacoin are to be success, then people should realize they really don't have anything yet to offer, and it's gamble. While with coins like syscoin you actually have a product right NOW, and improving daily to increase it's value.

Hats off to other coins that are doing real things, but none are even close IMO to what syscoin is doing and going.

But really want to point out to anyone new to cryptos here, please consider your buying mostly hype in 99% of coins, most are scams, and to look for results from the team and developers that are creating real world value, not new cool gadget feature like a silly POS wallet, or SMS feature to send coins. These are neat of course, but will never provide investor value, or currency, or real world use.

Other than ETH which isn't a coin, I cannot find just one example of a coin that is this far ahead in cryptoland with this much potential as of yet, even though their are some good coins, I cannot find one that is better.

It sure does.
They fixed all their issues at launch with wallet, merge mining and forks within a few days, like 5 days.
Very few teams would cope so fast, so well. Look at Moolah with Mintpal, guys! The escrow team saying at launch of SYScoin they would not normally give SYScoin 48 hours to fix all issues, but 1 whole week. Correct me if I'm wrong, but Mintpal v2 should be LIVE on 3rd of September originally, guys. That's THEIR OWN DEADLINE they set a while back. Nobody even asked them: "Moolah, are you going to bring Mintpal v2 to us, pls?". That's their plan, their schedule. And now MPv2 is like 3.5 WEEKS overdue!

With new features and at this very moment over 50% (and increasing) new code in the coin, bugs will happen. That's part of life. Only copycoins don't have that.
I don't look at actual issues encountered so much. On the other hand, I look much much more HOW FAST DEVS REACT in fixing stuff and HOW COMMITTED THEY ARE in improving their coin.
And I must say I am pretty impressed!

That's why I said SYScoin team is TOP 3 in cryptoland a few posts back.

If you want to get in SYS, you have a few days left, because people are already accumulating - I know I am; with very few people selling. Weak hands are long gone.

Compare all around SYS with NXT, BTSX, VIA and even ETH and you'll see 10 times boost of value in SYS midterm isn't a big deal.
That's why smart people are buying the whole time since SYS went below 500.

I am telling you all this, because I am well stuffed with SYS already. Otherwise you wouldn't see me talking.

I wouldn't mind some more cheap coins though...  Wink

i'm holding my sys which i bought and currently also merge-mining it.
about that mining i had a question: does merge-mining reward amounts equal or near-equal to solo-mining this coin?
i'm asking because since im back from vacation and syscoin.me is down i have like only 10% of the rewards i had before, or did the difficulty went up by lots?
