This is essentially the same demo and 30-day claim he's made since PayKey was laughed out of the room at 43North. He's spent the last 6 months flying around the world pitching this product. Nobody wants it. The question is, will he unlock the last milestone to fund PK right through to its bitter end? I hope not. But then, what would the remaining funds be spent on? It seems unlikely GG will ever get the AE. They'd likely have to move off of Telegram to make it work, but then, that's 95% of their product, isn't it?

I think there will be some kind of fiat paykey version about to be realeased with citi bank backing. Will it succeed? Dunno.....and guess what....I don't care. He clearly has been busy on this and doesn't give a damn about getgems. I recommend people walk away from GG, it toxic. The guy used the Bitcoin community, it's a fact....if you keep running to them you probably like being in abusive relationships.

I'm not so sure. I think there will be some kind of fiat paykey version about to be realeased with citi bank backing. Citibank isn't "backing" PayKey. This is a pervasive myth. Daniel attended an event hosted by Citi to demostrate their product, along with many other startups. Citi praised their product, and that was it. http://cointelegraph.com/news/citi-names-getgems-app-the-most-visionary-social-solution-in-mobile-challengeIf Citi wanted PayKey, they would have funded it, and Daniel wouldn't still be pitching it to VC's a year later.

Daniel mentions, they are working with Telegram and they have a “proof of concept” working with Facebook’s new SDK, which they presented to Citi.
Telegram one is for GetGems, I see. But one for Facebook is talking about Paykey, not GetGems at all.
On top of it, he mentions, "we were up to the challenge and could show how GetGems would scale and integrate into a large system such as Citi has".
As this thread title shows, GetGems supposed to be a stand alone "Social Messaging Apps" but sound like dev team aiming future of GetGems is a "parasite app" to SNS Big names.
This is something I did not mean to invest at croudfunding.
I am getting understand. You may well get angry in such rude money expenditure and gap between milestone.
cross figures - they will be making something miracle further...

The Citi competition was held a mere 5 months after the ICO. It is clear from the article that he had already developed some aspects of PayKey, at least to an extent to perform demonstrations on rival networks. But he was still referring to everything as Getgems, his company's name, which is also conveniently the name of his first app. It took another 5 months before he started shopping PayKey (in public) to VC's, and the secret had to come out. I've always wanted to know, how far back does PK go? Was it a stealth project/goal from the very, very beginning?

I wish they just did crowdfunding for paykey instead of getgems, investors would get much more success.

Call it what you will....I prefer to look at it as a buying opportunity.
Because you have secret information like you claimed in the past? They have already signed up Citi and 4 other banks. That was over a month ago. It's hard telling how many they have now. Banks will offer the "white label" PayKey.
Would love to get your source for that. It's mentioned in this video....but you have to watch it and pay attention. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBvSJzxoq7k

This is for people that may not have the time to watch the video. Daniel Says: "PayKey can reach over 2 billion social network users globally. We take a 0.5% fee on every transaction and estimate a 5% marketshare and more than $20 million in revenue by 2018. We are also targeting the huge European market which is much less competitive. If I am right, the impact on GEMS could be astonishing at this price. BY 2018....NOT TODAY. Buy and hold GEMS. There's a good chance it will turn out to be your best investment ever! Again.....look at their accomplishments and try to ignore the hard trolling/FUD on this board. https://medium.com/@GetGemsThey would like to keep the potential of GEMS a secret. They want to create a negative atmosphere on this board so people researching GEMS will not purchase any.

not really, I think. GG was supposed to be the first runner of SNS featuring CryptCurrency support. However, GG dev stoled, GG leaked its ICO meney to paykey moreover. Paykey is aiming to be a parasite app to SNS Big names interfacing banks and so. However, most likely its failing. Because those SNS Big names do not want such parasite apps. rather prefer featuring to their own app. eg. in the videos, Daniel mentioned "LINE" was potential SNS big name of paykey. However, they have already implemented Japanese fiat exchange feature in their products. CryptCurrency support is not so interested at a time due regional regal issues. thus, I can have a little sight to GG but not to paykey parasite app. concept was good but rubbish slow, very unfortunate... EDIT: GG is not SNS, Social MSG app.

Gemz is the token for Getgems, not PayKey. So why aren't you championing GG? Because, like the rest of us, you've given up on it. Instead, you're proposing a very large hypothetical: That PK will be successful, and through means of charity, it will fund GG. And through GG's success, the value of Gemz will rise. Buy and hold GEMS. There's a good chance it will turn out to be your best investment ever!
Before giving investment advice, for context, how about letting us know how well your investment is doing?

An investment is an asset or item that is purchased with the hope that it will generate income or appreciate in the future. Ask me in 2018. I am not too concerned with the price today. I think it's an opportunity and I have acted accordingly.

2018???
postpone - making people waiting is GG's usual play. Although I want to buy your comments, I recommend you do not behave like GG.
I do not like FUD but giving dev team decent pressure has a meaning. particularly, when we found lack of transparency in GG dev.
Cheers.
