Thanks for the update, my bro has Android and i have iOS so he is more lucky. We did install Gems on his device and it looks great, i hope the iOS version gets released asap. Since i believe the airdrop model will be in the second milestone, will there be a reward at this moment when you introduce someone to Gems?

right now there is no reward, but we are tracking the referrals to leave all future reward possibilities open.

I just noticed sending Gems and Bitcoin is possible with the wallet inside the app, i thought it would be in the second milestone but you guys delivered it during the release, awesome job.

Looks really great.  Was even able to send some bitcoin to the wallet.  Having problems sending bitcoin to another user though.   Is that currently working?

Can he send you btc just by knowing your username? No mobile number needed to add you to contacts first? I know sending a message to someone not in your contact list costs you gems which is unsolicitate messaging, but sending btc/gemz you just need the persons username/hashtag?

Since the first milestone hasn't been achieved ("basic iSO release"), how does this delay affect the funding schedule? Some clarification would be nice, thank you.

Yes, because the Chinese users can not use or say fully experience GooglePlay in normal way. I think you can offer the apk in Chinese website, but care someone adding the Trojans.

i would like to know about that too. I have another question:

1] If i send 1 GEMZ to someone on my contact list who uses Telegram but doesn't have the GEMS App yet, what will that person see? a pop up box saying to download GEMS App with a link? Am i right?

UPDATE: okay. i just tried to send to my friend [even though i got 0 GEMZ. lol]. but i got the pop up box telling me to invite him to join. Would be nice to have an auto message [not necessarily a pop up box] telling my friend "You have been invited by XXX to download GEMS to receive some GEMZ. Go to *link*" and i would see something like "User is currently not using Gems. He/She has already been invited to download." just some feedback for future improvements.

Was disappointed as well that it wasn't released on iOS, but I finally got it working on my computer with Genymotion, so all of those who do not have an Android phone, you can just use it on your computer while waiting for the release
Btw, it looks really good, everything is much better than I expected!

since Telegram users are able to see us in their contact list, one good way to create awareness is to put your first name as "(GEMS)" and then your last name as your real/nick name. so it will appear as "(GEMS) Johnny" for example. this is not your username btw. don't get confuse. its just an Appearence Name...a name which you want people to see.

If they start seeing many people in their contact list whose names start with "(GEMS)", it will definitely tickle their curiosity into finding out what it is by asking one of them.

Yes i tried it on another smartphone which has Android version 2.4.. which is not compatible, Gems works from Android version 3 and up.
