WHY WHY WHY? SO did they actually mining?Huh did they actually existing now?Huh?
In contrast to DMC they are actually mining, but the operator being the major shareholder decided to stop divs to have funds available for future ASIC upgrades.

This, basically. BTCMC is one of the companies we contracted with to fulfill the mining part of the DMC plan until we could get our own gear up in running in the datacenter. Yochdog, the owner of BTCMC and majority shareholder, suspended dividends for ASIC purchasing.

If they are operating right now.....how could I find any information about their mining process? like hashrate in operating and so on...why didn't they move their security to either BITFUNDER or BTCT???

Its not a they, just Yochdog. If you want further information, ask in the BTCMC thread, and do so nicely.

AM valued at 4.5, I assume that DMC will have a big step in this month, personally I am going to contribute this step by my shares.

I see no change. Still the same:

Code:
Shares Total	11,579
Shares Issued 7,174 <--

Same time, "cheap" ASIC coins are flooding the market and BTC is getting hammered, falling form €100 to €66.31 - loss of 33.69%.

I don't know why you keep posting useless numbers.  The correct numbers are 20,909 and 6,897, respectively.
