I don't think they have any such limitations. At least I didn't see any such mention in their announcement. The winner will be chosen based on the impact analysis as per what the admin said. Full story:

On the 8th of March, I was betting on FortuneJack, suddenly my account gets logged out, and moments later I get an email from support@fortunejack.com telling me that someone has made a withdrawal, which I ofcourse denied and told them to cancel it immidietely. I will show you the screeenshots of our Email conversation here.

They asked me what account I'd like to keep, and I explained and told them I'd like to keep the one I was only playing on, right after that, within minutes, my account gets blocked, no response at all from Fortunejack, and they refused to give any explanations.


I tried for days contactnig them on live support, finally I get some response. and here it goes:

You could open thread in Scam Accusation section if you feel they are guilty and scammers.
Seems on email they asked you which to choose alive but on chat, they ask the same + request verification which I think isn't what they need (How much did you withdraw?).
Wish you success, they aren't scammers and I think your problem will be solved. You did great job by posting here (more attantion from staff).

judging by the screenshot,you were asked to choose one of the accounts to keep
a trick question,but you kind of confessed to having two accounts and asked to keep the one you were playing on and to close the second one
so support gladly obliged and closed BOTH quoting breach of their TOS
what happened is probably you were using a public VPN and your IP's matched the other accounts address or you had two accounts from the start and forgot about the first one
you should have told them you have just one account

This two accounts-type issue actually happened to me as well upon trying to withdraw, but in the end I was able to keep my main account and the other was deleted. I basically explained I made the original account a long time ago and that I forgot it existed, so I made a new account on the site, and apparently that was a legitimate response and they actually let me keep my new account.

As veleten stated above, the ToS you apparently breached was having multiple accounts.

And for the kind reminder, I really do not think this can qualify as a scam accusation at any level. Its simple - there are some rules and we follow them and ask our dear players to follow as well. But as I see this is a case of unawareness more than a purposeful abuse of bonuses, promotions or any other service provided by us for your personal gain, and I think our fraud department agrees with me here as well.

But here again, we have to agree that case of multi-accounting, in the condition when two accounts are in active use, is prohibited and ToC is absolutely clear about this. But in this case, after discussions with our fraud department and detailed review of your case, taking into consideration the fact that you have not been linked with bonus abuse and withdrawal is just a minor amount and obviously talks about your involvement in any fraudulent activities won't be serious, I am ready to negotiate with fraud department on behalf of your story and issue the withdrawal, but you also have to promise that you will stop playing on multi-accounts and keep just one. If these terms are fine with you, let's talk and we can sort everything out.

Everybody here knows I am not here to dispute cases, to prove someone that they are wrong or right. I am here for help and to make all members of BTC TALK community feel welcomed and gooooood on our website.

Why would cancel? They do already recognize and waiting for your confirmation and will release your withdrawal if they would find out to be reasonable. Multi accounting is really against on gambling site terms but FJ do still decide to make negotiations into your issue and will really consider to make it through but as being said dont play already with multi-accounts.

And I want my latest withdraw cancelled
Why would cancel? They do already recognize and waiting for your confirmation and will release your withdrawal if they would find out to be reasonable. Multi accounting is really against on gambling site terms but FJ do still decide to make negotiations into your issue and will really consider to make it through but as being said dont play already with multi-accounts.

This has been solved... FJ closed my other account and i get to choose to keep this one, i wanted it cancelled because i want to play dice with the balance

Im one of the people that will make another account on the site whenever I come back to the site in around two weeks or more. I tend to forget about the site and even the account that I registered with however in this case, the account is not really abusing anything so thats the correct thing to do. Not really flexible but it is the right thing that they should do

Even myself do have that kind of habit on where I do play on a gambling site and make registrations on that time then stop playing for weeks then goes back and create another one, as long you haven't done wrong or illegal then they should always check users side and wont strictly follow into their ToS. You will able to see how this site is flexible when it comes to these kind of cases.

I don't think a big and known casino like FJ would risk their reputation, unless you really violated their Terms of Service.
Like every other casino they have their Terms of Service. It's up to the user not to break them, you know the risks.

One question. Where are your proofs? Saying up things without any valid backup into your claims would really always turns out not to be valid. Im not protecting them but I do know their credibility and reputation as one of the best gambling sites in the market.They wont risk up their reputation on stealing your deposits.

If you have enough proofs then go to scam accusation section and accuse the FJ.(probably you have nothing to accuse them)
Even though you have used two accounts you didn't try to cheat bonus then your account will be give back to you,recently same case happened in that the user has two accounts and he agreed that he have two accounts but he didn't abuse any bonus and he agreed to use only one account then his account and funds were returned to him.So it is better contact the support team through discord to get solution for your problem mate.
