Why do people hate islam?

I hate Islam because it teaches that the heathen must be destroyed.
I hate Islam because it teaches that women are only worth half the men.
I hate Islam because it teaches that peace only happens when all humanity submits to Allah.
I hate Islam because it teaches that people are only allowed to go to heaven if they die for Allah.
I hate Islam because it teaches that people should only eat Halal processed meat. The person who killed the animal and prayed and the animal died a single death.

Reason is very simple. There are a lot of reasons for hatred towards muslims across the globe. I'm not talking about each and every muslim so please muslims who doesn't belong to the category specified below don't take it otherwise. So following are the reasons.

Stop playing the victim card every-time. If there is hatred against the Muslims in the world, then the Muslims are responsible for it. Non-Muslims are treated even worse than animals in the Muslim majority nations. Have you asked yourself what would happen if the non-Muslims treat Muslims the same way? I'm not saying all people who practice Islam are bad, but over 60% support the implementation of Sharia law in non-muslim countries, there was a story once a guy comitted a terrorist attack, he came to a mosque and instead of reporting it to the police, they decided to pray for him lol

A majority also said they wouldn't report a muslim going to fight for ISIS to the authorities.

So, the minority story isn't holding up.

Some people hate Islam or the Muslims because they were taught by their parents, the media and many others to hate it because it is contrary to their beliefs. But how many of us can actually say that he knows how exactly Muslims live without being one of them? It is our ignorance that brings us to that preconceived bad image of Muslims. We generalize people. We always associate them with terrorism and violence. I guess one must study Islam or any other religion thoroughly before he can say that it something that we should hate.

I see by most people when referring to Islam, that they think of terrorism and theft. In my country there are no Muslims, I think all are equal, and I love that. Not all Muslims are not good, so many of them are fighting terrorism. As I know it.

I am Roman Catholic and I dont hate Islam.Yes lots of people do hate or might be just scared of muslim people coz they think all muslims are terrorist.We cannot blame them coz we can hear lots of bad news and mostly terrorist are muslims.But for me I dont judge them all coz all of us are just the same there is evil while theres good people.I got lots of muslim neighbors and friends and they are good people.So theres nothing to hate about Islam or any religion coz we are all human.

I think people tend to generalize when it comes to religion and how does it affect the society. Islam is one of the religions that offers understanding and peace. Actually, when you read some part of their holy book, you will appreciate what Islam truly is. (1) People are affected only because of the influence of their socialization and their experience. For example, the social media tends to deliver news and information that is line with their religion. However, these sources of information are not just that 'reliable' for the reason that they only state a certain view point. They do not use means of analysing and interpreting eventualities that will ease the understanding of why and how this event happened. This is true, when media only covers the Moslem terrorists.

I am here to just say one thing? Why do YOU hate islam? and you should really give a valid reason not a shitty one that says 'Because media'
and Yes, I am a muslim for those who ask, just tell me, come out of your shell and say why you HATE it, and I could be here to clarify things to you.
Also here is something that most people mistake about islam is that "Islam hates other religions" for this I say, Islam does not hate ANY religion, but it suggests to 'invite' them to islam, as slowly, and peacefully, even if they refuse, you can try and try, until it's their choice, you stop. and for all the wars that happened, it's because the other religions decided to come into war on Islam.

It's called desensitizing them and acclimating them to the new world they will live in in the future. its a necessary evil in regards to cohabitation. They need to learn to have a thicker skin and we cant just suggest it.
