Why do people hate islam?

I'm not hate islam, but i hate the people who racist. and people in my country the majority is islam and im the minority. we want be a friend with them, but they aren't. so many people in my country hate islam.

or maybe could it be that Muslim extremists hate Christians, Hindus, Buddhists etc..

Baby Muslims who are friendly people, they are friends of every peaceful person. They try to get along with everyone, even people of other religions.

As baby Muslims grow up in their religion, they find out that they are required to do one thing... become unfriendly with those of other religions who will not turn to Islam.

At this point they have a choice to make. They can either not believe that Islam is unfriendly, and remain as baby Muslims, for as long as they can get away with it. Or they can quit Islam, if they can keep from being executed by fellow Muslims who are adults religion-wise. Or they can move out of the area, pervert Islam into something peaceful (which it is not), and become Sunni, or like the Sunni, having a religion that does just about anything that the individual people want, but certainly isn't Muslim, except that they keep the name Islam.

I'm pretty sure that babies from all countries are friendly. Until they start learning from their parents to hate people that are different or not.

Interesting how no one says anything about buddhism hating people. Why? Because they don't kill other people, hence no one has a beef with them. Islam does and obviously there's a problem.

If there is going to be hatred against Islam, it should be against Islam, not against Muslims, themselves, individually or as a group. The results might be similar, but don't hate people.

Protect yourself against violence of Muslims as you would against a hurricane or an earthquake. Don't hate them when they hit. Simply protect yourself against them in every way you must. If you must hate something, hate Islam.

Well first of all because Islam is an agressive religion and stands complitely out of way of life that people in other civilizations have and want and live. I will take Europe and USA as a example for that. Islamic religion is very restrictive and with many rules and ideas from past centuries which are combined now with some modern aspect of life and simply it's again freedom of people.
Islamic people when come to modern country come with their way of life and habits and they expect that other people accept it and also work on that way. Look for example what's happening in London...You have quarts with sharia laws and you can not walk free there and they have organised their so called private police patroling and making problem to people which are not like them and making problems.Their religion is different and very agressive. Nobody wants to attack them and we respect their way of life but the matter is that they don't do it with other religions.

Because islam is conqueror and violent religion, and is against modern and civilization. Their laws are from medieval times. Second their behaving with woman and treating them as a garbage is awful. And child marriages. But they has no birth control and makes them to be a large population.

I hear every where in all the Islamic countries Muslims and islam is becoming the target of hatered and when they oppose or do something in rage through their own way, they say that they are terrorist and make rumours that islam is doing all this things. Who started the hatred no one is checking this is politics.

The people who do not have sufficient knowledge about islam, are the people who hate islam. Islam is a peaceful religion. And women are considered equal to men. There are some good and bad people in every community, you can't judge the entire community based on the behavior of some bad people...

Well they don't demonstrate it at all to be peaceful. Maybe it was original version what prophet Mohamed said centuries ago, I repeat just maybe but what we see is enough to conclude that is everything except peaceful and their behaving for woman..read what's happening in Saudi Arabia,Iran..

In islam, women do not show off their body, they are considered as jewels, precious stones... Would you keep your precious things in a locker to safeguard it or throw it here and there???

And when they beat to death that 'jewels' or 'gemstone' for some fullish reason? And what about attacks on non muslim woman? Is the raped woman also a 'gemstone'?
