The problem is that dust, by most definitions, is an amount that is smaller than the fee to transfer it. Kano is doing you a favor by not sending it until it reaches a level where you actually get something out of it. You griped that it was "1/5€", would you spend 1/10€ to send 1/100€?
Until it reaches a level....
When?
On the day of Saint never by the afternoon?
OK to send 0.0001, it costs ~0.0008 in fees. Send me the 0.0016 to cover both transactions, I'll send you 0.0001, and Kano can send me your 0.0001. Sound good?  Roll Eyes

If you have to ask "why?", you wouldn`t understand my answer.
Always be on the look out, because you never know when you'll be stalked by hit-men that eat nothing but cream cheese....

I'm new to mining I only bought one 11ghs it go's up to 20ghsmax gekkosience thumb drive to test and see if i want to invest more. so is a dust payment a low payment for small little miners like at this hash rate? And do i have to wait till a good enough payment amount on this pool to get payments to my wallet if so what is it like 0.01? ...But being someone who only has 11ghs-20ghs to put in is there a way it adds up over a month into a payment...
With 11gh, you might earn .01 over the next 20 years.  Embarrassed

Right now at current block difficulty 11gh should earn someone an entire 0.00000464BTC per day or 0.0016936BTC per year.   and thats not takeing in to account that a year out would have even higher difficulty and less per day then one can expect to average right now per day week or month.  and no fees were figured in to that either.

My calculator gives you the option to estimate a typical diff change, every 2016 blocks, over a period of time.
So using the 4% default and 365 days, the estimate says ... ~ 0.00105408 BTC
Heh yeah not much for a year's effort Smiley

frankly  those sticks do not belong here.

I would mention   the few pools they should be in  but  I don't think that would be polite .

So if you have tiny miners under 50gh  pm me And I will tell you pools to use.
Or leave them here  and donate the hash.  Dust has not been paid since the pool started.  Kano is upfront  and has said one day he will do dust..  but that day has yet to come.

I think that the idea of payout threshold was already discussed here, but I couldn't find the right topic.

I do mining as a hobby, and my mining rig has very limited hashpower (Antminer S5 + a bunch of USB dongles and pods). Payouts from the pool that I receive daily are quite small, which makes spending them virtually impossible (as transaction fees become much higher than the value of the "dust" itself).

It would be nice if rewards could "build up" in the pool until some user-defined threshold (e.g. 0.1 BTC) was reached.

Yeah it's in the recent past posts.
Funny about that - this is the most active thread and the most posts of all time Smiley
(and getting close to the most views) so yeah it's sometimes hard to find 'recent' posts.

It will basically be something like:
1) Top 100 get block payouts
2) certain threshhold for weekly payouts
3) most of the rest monthly
X) and an option to downgrade your payout level to the next lower level
Z) and a few people who've been mining for ages, will be allowed to upgrade it if I feel generous Smiley

But, getting the hash rate up has been priority #1 of late.
... but the payouts changes will happen ... eventually Smiley
