BTW Itsmylife there is no doubt that this is happening because of low fees. You can see here: http://bitcoinfees.21.co/This was not a problem before because the Blocks had enough space for low fee txs... but in the past few days the mempool has been saturated with 30k+ txs as you can see here: https://tradeblock.com/bitcoin/This means that only high fee txs are being confirmed. In other words... secondstrade has to update their fee policy (maybe use the API at http://bitcoinfees.21.co/ ?) if they want things to work smoothly in the future. This might cut into their margin... or they might have to make their odds worse... but the alternative is the huge disruption of unconfirmed txs. Unfortunately I will not be making any new bets until they fix this... I always pay higher-than-recommended fee to make sure that my tx gets into the next block, but I cannot control what fee secondstrade pays. Which means that they always get my money... but I risk not receiving my winnings... I would much rather have slightly worse odds (by 1-2%) and have proper fees for fast confirmation. It's not that expensive. Right now paying 50 sats/byte (about 15.000 satoshis or 0.00015000 BTC for an average 300byte tx) will guarantee confirmation in the next 1-2 blocks. (In my unconfirmed tx secondstrade paid 0.0000964 BTC as you can see here https://blockexplorer.com/tx/9d58bcc0a740f4a462948e29754deea1c8b3b9b8cd730c97b63e38ea3109f7ad...which means that I risk losing an amount of 0.92 BTC or $400 over a stupid $0.03 in fees) Maybe secondstrade should start using Ethereum for small-value bets and Bitcoin only for high value bets. |

Yeah I think its because of the high difficulty and the drop in hashrate. The same thing happened a few times in the past. Basically need to send 5x the fee.

I have a lot of unconfirms many go back to 3-4 days ago. Now for example I have 0.6 bitcoin I randomly now have 0.3 bitcoin. No bitcoin was sent out or anything.

I wrote to secondstrade who just said to wait for confirms. As a result I am no longer going to use this site and recommend that others no longer use it. I am seriously disappointed with the lack of support, care, and understanding. This all can be solved if @secondstrade would just purge all the unconfirmed transactions and resend them all with high fees. Sites like Primedice would never allow this to occur and if ever happened they would immediately make sure customers are happy. However, this expresses greatly the incompetency of websites such as @secondstrade. I have had unconfirmed transaction for 3-4 days and some from yesterday, and today all sent with low fees. I am seriously dissapointed and until secondstrade purges the transactions and sends with high fees as a result of him not putting a higher fee because of the "Bitcoin update" I wont be coming back.

i think that the fee calculation way was changed on the bitcoin 0.12.0 version. Makes me think that secondstrade does not understand what has happened with the FEE EVENT on 29th February. Before the fee event all txs, even 0-fee txs, were eventually confirmed because the mempool (the tx waiting list) was cleared out every few days. Now things are different. We have a 30.000 tx mempool. If this situation persists the economic conditions of Bitcoin will be permanently changed. Hopefully BitcoinClassic will fix this... but it will take months. I had a few btc but for the example I said I had like 0.6 bitcoin and now randomly I have 0.2. No bitcoin was ever sent out and I had pages of unconfirms dating back to a few days ago. So my only guess the bitcoin transaction was dropped by the networking and now im screwed? |

I sent them with full confirm transactions, and I got all transactions without confirm . the fee of all my transactions always is 0.0001 btc for every 0.01 btc I sent them , and they sent back with the lowest possible fee and dont care if their customers receive money or not? This thing happened partly because of their fault , if they had sent us with higher fee , this problem would not have happened |

i think if you wait some more, it will beconfimed. we will raise the fee. thank you. After 72 hours without confirmation the tx will be dropped by the nodes and you can send it again with a higher fee to make sure that it gets confirmed this time. 2016-02-29 09:22:21 +72 = 2016-03-3 09:22:21. The tx failed: https://blockchain.info/tx/9d58bcc0a740f4a462948e29754deea1c8b3b9b8cd730c97b63e38ea3109f7ad(nodes drop it after a long time with no confirmation). Please send this tx again (with higher fee as recommended here: http://bitcoinfees.21.co/ ). You can check that the nodes have dropped the tx and I will not receive double payout. (LOL) you always get our money with full confirmations in few hours when we send, and now I must wait how long to get back my money? It can be 1 week, 1month or 1 year? so what happend if this transaction has been dropped by bitcoin network for a long time without confirmation? This error has been started from the delayed updating your information and Players must get this consequences .This is your working styles? Fault never belong to you, it belong players or what? |

Just go to the Cointape.com website and it shows you what is the recommended fee to pay if you want quick confirmations. Right now you need to pay about 5x the norm, so about 50000 every 1kb.

we are very sorry for the case. now, the problem was fixed 11 hours ago. when i checked all the transaction, all the transaction have added normal fee (most of transaction fee is 0.0002 , sometimes 0.00015 ).. .
and we are finding the way deal with the too long unconfirmed transaction .
please some wait more.
