If anyone is interested to know what Submission to me (#36) means, it does not mean anything except:

1. Listening to what I say, especially when I am talking to you;
2. If I ask anything that is reasonable, let's make a deal that you do it either
* out of love for me (just do it), or
* out of love for yourself (we can make a deal what I give you in return, for doing it);
3. If something is not reasonable, you just refuse to do it, no hard feelings, I'll ask someone else or do it myself;
4. If something just needs to be done, and you are the only one who has the key, just do it (, before I have to prod you).
GM and moderator will tell when anything changes.

The Margrave of Stonehaven walks along the clearing near the Stonehaven preparation site, pondering HRH  Zechariah's request.

On the face of it, HRH's explanation looks sensible enough, and yet the Margrave senses some ulterior purpose. After all, he's been there to help around when needed in the past and still is, making this request seem superfluous. Besides, the very idea of submitting, as Zechariah put it, sounds like signing a blank cheque, something the Margrave feels unnecessary and liable to future friction.

However, the Margrave realizes that HRH's request is nothing but the explicit acknoledgement of common courtesy to pay attention to another, and considers giving in to Zechariah's insistence. After all, the Margrave would not commit to act in certain ways before knowing what is requested, and he feels that HRH's multiple requests show enough of a need for him to go along with this. Is it not that he has been the prime mover in the Kingdom, and his illustrious father before him ?

The clearing takes a long and winding path around the camp.

HH TMA Blessed Heroic Duke of North Face, TA Viscount of Forte Spagnolo, 2nd/I Bt of CK, CEO of TMA Grand Hotel & FluffyPony Horse Corp, AOK-S, RT-K, AOD-LTC, OD-K, KH, GJB, FBB, TB, KFB, HB sat to reflect on the past couple of years and started to realize that his actions have not been in line with his true self and the following quote rang true in his mind:

He realizes that the power bestowed upon him was used in a way that does not represent the title of Duke and is truly sorry for his actions.

Zechariah sells 50,000*CK, not because he distrusts in CK but because this enables more free money that is up for grabs. As you remember, anyone can just take money from #36 as long as the total is between 29,000,000,000 and 31,000,000,000.

He goes on to find something to eat and check if the reception managed to find the change for his 500 left there without receipt.

Update: the Kingdom feels blue, sympathising with Zechariah. 200,000,000 was immediately taken (instead of given, which would bring even greater blessing) by a Duke(!). "Dukes should know better.." thinks Zechariah while dressing up to his 2,000 suit after the bath, suddenly in a lower mood himself. "I wished she would even once care to buy something nice, to look beautiful, so that I'd feel wholesome standing next to her. It never happened, and now it's over."

In a few short minutes, all of it was gone. The "loss" of 5,000 does not concern Zechariah, for it is more blessed to give than to receive. The 500,000 he gave/spent during approximately the last 8 days also does not matter. He only feels stupid that he resorted to playing games, driving away everyone. "Well, Universe, tell me what to do, I'll do it! I also don't like this!"

To make up for these actions, I return the 200,000,000 that was taken and also give an additional 200,000,000 with a humble apology and hope that justice can be served and that those who need the money can also be.

He finds the Prince standing outside, deep in thoughts. He politely waits till Zechariah finishes his train of thought and they start walking slowly:

My dear Zechariah, I have been giving thought to your idea of the submit scheme, and your recent writings on the subject had me reassured as to the intent. Listening to what others have to say is always a good disposition of mind, even though this of course does not imply agreement or otherwise. And as you know I've been often ready to listen to you, and give my opinion as well. As such, I think it'd be good if we can agree on a formal recognition that we will listen to each other. I am therefore ready to submit to you (level 1), if you will do so to me under the same terms as you proposed. I trust someone of the light understands that one always has to keep the final decision on one's actions, and so the last item of your conditions is not agreeable to me. Although it is my expection that your would not ask unreasonable things, judgement over reasonableness can be a subjective and fickle thing, as you can well understand, so I will submit to level 1, and only request the same.
