Sp please in the future make the default intensity settings lower
Then would he also refund the private buyers? j/k , I know sp_'s done a lot of work on ccminer and has a lot of proper performance improvements (just not all of them)

Sp please in the future make the default intensity settings lower ... I have to do all my bat files over ... that is also why my other rig is crashing. And to put that extra work in is a pain for me will take all day... I'm disabled.. type with a mouse onscreen keyboard. sp5 The 4 core computers don't need anything done but the 2 core has to have it done. 970 rig just crashed adjusting intensity ... now does not validate on cpu crash reinstalling different drivers. Trying to keep out with all the crashing while changing intensity and miner control is stealing part of my hash on my small rig and............... I'm thinking of starting over on the 970 980ti rig and leave it in the p2 state.. to much work to reset clocks that should be in the p0 state to begin with .. nvidia......

I think the default temp is 85 degress I need to monitor temp and have a fan curve. right now everything is set default even intensity. getting 18 mh/s quark 970 with 10.18.13.6143 driver N.I. may have been part of the problem too

SP, just a FYI, your version is still not getting as good hash as DJMs Neoscrypt kernel.
Also another FYI, after DJM updated his kernels, it increased power usage by about 15%.
On the 970 I'm getting 700 kh/s. sp 5 private. = to 3.5 750ti. The best one you have so far sp for ALL algo's. It seems the hashrate of all implementation of Neoscrypt in ccminer (sp, djm, ghostlander) heavily relies on the CPU. I get 657 kh/s per 970 (4 in total) at around 1460 Mhz on a dualcore pentium g3420. Same cards, same OC, came settings but with an i3-4130 I get around 90-350 kh/s with a super oscillated GPU usage graph and I have no idea why. The only version that works properly for me across all rigs is a pretty old sp version (1.5.72). I hate neoscrypt with all the miner, wallet and orphan issues so much.

I think everyone is using MSI AFTERBURNER i'm giving that a try if it will take 5 cards 2x 980ti 2x970 and one 750ti on this rig. I know those gpus are running hot. so msi. 1050 watts at the wall. Funny cpu you mentioned.

But I wish sp would leave that to us... cpu affinity 1 ..2 ..3 4 ect Unless cpu affinity 1 will over ride that?

And your PSU is 1200W 80+ platinum? The psu can only deliver around 90% so you should not exceed 1080. With higher intensity you use more power.

Thx sp it did cut off one time yesterday but it is rated 1200 continuous 1300 spike from what I remember. But that 90% because platinum rings a bell. Just did a 20 min run on most algo's went smooth no oc'ing and no intensity setting just need fan curve and temp control. Just ran it at 1060 for 20 minutes. See what happens in a while and I will oc for a try to 1100 to see but now i'm going to stop oc'ing especially with summer coming. Just got msi afterburner ... that is what i'm looking for just like the old evga. EDIT: 90% efficiency so I think it can do 1200 watts but i'll have to read on it again. And the psu fan should be faster. But I can't find a speedfan that would do it.

SOLO-MINING PHOENIXCOIN-- After a string of successful solo-mining attempts this year, I was still frustrated by being unable to solo-mine any NeoScrypt coin. NeoScrypt, an algorithm developed by Ghostlander, is the algo used in such coins as FeatherCoin (FTC), PhoenixCoin (PXC), OrbitCoin (ORB), and UFOCoin (UFO). Ghostlander also developed and currently supports PhoenixCoin. I was able to solo-mine PXC this week. The solo-mining configuration depends on GetWork, not Stratum, and the mining URL should be prefixed with "http", not "stratum+tcp". A good CCminer batch file with launch-line follows: =======CUT LINE======= :loop C:\CCminer\ccminer.exe -a neoscrypt -C --cpu-priority 5 -R 10 -i 15 --broken-neo-wallet -o http://127.0.0.1:9554 -u username -p x pause goto loop =======CUT LINE======= Save the above as "start.bat" or similar. Do not include the cut-line notations. The wallet must also be configured to accept mining connections. A good "phoenixcoin.conf" file follows: =======CUT LINE======= rpcport=9554 port=9555 listen=1 server=1 daemon=1 defaultkey=1 longtimestamps=1 dns=1 addnode=prometheus.phoenixcoin.org:9555 addnode=menoetius.phoenixcoin.org:9555 addnode=atlas.phoenixcoin.org:9555 rpcuser=username rpcpassword=x rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 =======CUT LINE======= Save the above as "phoenixcoin.conf" in the wallet's data directory. It MUST be named "phoenixcoin.conf". The above file will allow a single machine to mine locally on a PhoenixCoin wallet. It can be expanded to accept mining data from multiple rigs on a LAN with additional "rcpallowip" statements, i.e. "rcpallowip=192.168.1.*" or similar. PhoenixCoin usually has a low difficulty. I solved a block within only a couple minutes when I began mining: Solo-mining earns a 50 PXC reward. Good luck mining! And, as an additional note, Ghostlander has written code for NSGminer, "The World's Fastest NeoScrypt Miner". It is supposedly capable of 275KH/s on an 750ti via OpenCL. I haven't been able to succesfully launch it yet on my 750ti rig, but sp_'s CCminer mines at about 220KH/s on my 750ti cards. NSGminer is based on SGminer. Ghostlander also developed the first CGminer-based NeoScrypt mining software. --scryptr

What cards are you testing on?. How much faster? My kernal does around 1MHASH on the 980ti. 15% more power is a waste. 970s... Various manufacturers. Weirdly enough I ran into a voltage limitation on one of the cards. Like the TDP was maxed, but the card was using so much juice it was throttling based on vOP. Getting 670~ with DJMs and 620~ with same rig. Using version .79 Also going to echo the high CPU utilization in CCMiner with Neo... running at about 20% which is enough to keep the processors fully powered up.

Sp sorry that was 1300 watts not 1200. It just kicked off fans not spinning enough and I have it plugged into a spike protector that maybe kicking it off .. which is build into the psu.. now plug directly into the wall see if that works. EDIT: Anyone know of a fan control for psu's plz thx
