i like to have a backup and currently the only one are spreadcoin and xcn, those are my only choice if everything else go down since i'm currently mining for hobby, small coin are good for my rig

I wouldn't say 'sensitive' it has a pretty healthy volume, it has had that for months. As far as pools going offline, probably a DDoS to reduce network hash and increase profits for whoever was doing that. You probably can just look at whoever mined the majority of blocks while the two pools were offline to find the instigator.

And yup, more profits... Yay... Too bad SP retired, Epsylon went undercover, and Pallas is rolling in his scrooge XCN money bin. XD

Epsylon has to be doing something the last couple months, wonder what he's been working on. Probably has his own money bin.

are those rate confirmed on pool,  1 gpu is 0.0037? or we get total different earning, seems unlikely that you can do 0.022 with one rig, this is double of what zcash can give you currently

There are many coins that can give the double of zcash, but you need to put few cards and use private kernels.
I tested skein with 100GHASH (200x gtx 1070) and it was a bit much for the network to handle. The nethash on zpool.ca is currenty 31GHash.
