There is cpu miner included into the Pascalminer V.0.2 just look there.. Maybe this helps us
I only found OCL last time I looked, but since its sha256 and FPGAs already exist I've lost interest.

SHA256D = double SHA256, like bitcoin but, in the case of pascal, with different block header.

Did you include the last commit? https://github.com/KlausT/ccminer/commit/3c4a5d70eaba868fc01d69a7738be53911a5935aNo shares are sent to the pool if the hash doesn't verify on the cpu.

It means CPU verification is needed anyway?

It's not needed, but it there to prevent rejected shares on the pool. I am building now and will try to fix the hash.

Yes I tested this commit ...that is what i posted with the error. Maybe i try with disable cpu verification Be careful on running if you run it a second time after you stopped it the frist time..the system will freeze completely. Had 2 times to hard reset system due to this issue (no oc involved)

It's not needed, but it there to prevent rejected shares on the pool. I am building now and will try to fix the hash. it will work with the pool or we need klaus to add it?

You just need to wait abit more. Compiled and run it. I get crashes. When I removed the cpu verification I get low difficulty share reject on suprnova. I also had to reduce the default intensity from 28 to 23. (28 is crashing on the gtx 970 )

On Linux it doesn't freeze the system but it crashes, probably still some memory faults.

I like to write kernel code. Not miner code. if you learn the latter too we might get a good competition with amd instead of being always late

There are other coins that are more profitable than pascalcoin. Being the first is not always the most important. The important kernel is the kernel that is 10% faster than everybody else, and stay 10% faster for 5months or more..
I have a pascal kernel that does 1200 on the gtx 1070 and it's not even optimized.
Waiting for a miner to inject my code, or go solo.
