Pascal wallet is garbage in 5 days it crashed or stuck five times, or java proxy killed itself

cuda miner was stable but....

Mined with 25G+ for 3-4 days zero block, just wasted a lot of time on that crap

I see that klaus_t has fixed some more bugs in his fork. So perhaps we can get a working stratum implementation for NVIDIA soon..
If klaust fix his fork I will merge my kernel into ccminer and optimize more.

many times i have read that pascal algo is basically sha256 with some minor modifications to prevent asic usage

so my question is: why not simply copy and modify the sha256 part in ccminer to fit the changes made and maybe adjust the stratum to some new specs for suprnova stratum (if there are any)?

im not an expert in those things, could someone clarify as it seems its not that simple or im missing something?

Because the opensource sha256 in ccminer is not optimized.

The Pascalcoin seem to have a variable length block header. A 1-2 day job to fix. Klaus-t will do it for free.

Because the sha256 in ccminer is not optimized.

There are still two problems:
1. it's crashing after some seconds
2. the hash is wrong

I think 4GH is easy. 5GH. not sure. It takes alot of work to make a kernel profitable when your competition is the rest of the world, and you make a cash machine .

no one used it, solo is gone for days, I just sow few big miners having a block now and then in past ~3 days, are they on NV I have no idea

I think the biggest problem was that nobody knew if your mod worked. I tested sp-mod #2 on pascal lite, and it found some blocks within the expected timelimit.

sp-mod #1 was tested on 25-50 rigs, and I found 15 blocks in competition with nanopool. 48 hours

and still sgminer opencl is faster for me, just checked SP2 speed, its 920Mhs on 2Ghs

sgminer is 1.06Ghs on same clock, gtx1070, shame still no one fixed CPU usage, so only 3 cards per i5 can work, 5 card rigs are possible on 8 core CPU
