It's natural for them to pretend to be looking for resolution while its obvious that all the stupid stories about FC missing, about stealing electricity (this one I had most lolz) are all lies by failing companies that managed to steal some money just before closing. People which has their hashes at Amhash.com, still see payments arriving at their account.
These dividends are actually not paid for real, neither are they withdrawable.
They are probably going to deduct those dividends before they transfer all the shares to Havelock.
Then apply their solution at Havelock.

The intent seems pretty obvious; close down amhash website, have everything on one common platform, should AM ever pony up whats owed, it can be distributed through havelock.

That the balance is negative can also be understood, if indeed amhash paid those divs out of their own pocket as an advance on what they then assumed AM would pay shortly. Its not the cleverest PR, but the negative balance is what AMhash claims it is owed 'personally' by AM. They could just as well have left the balance at zero, but taken that amount from future AM payments if ever they happen, it would amount to the same thing.

I think it is very reasonable to give them last 72 h for a clear communicate as of what their next steps will be. If no satisfactory or no info at all is released than go ahead with legal proceedings...
