I think it's important to dig into the "where's friedcat?" thing here. He's effectively the only one who holds the funds for AMHASH customers/shareholders. I believe we're facing one of the following situations:

- FC ran away with the money and decided it is better to keep the money he still has, than keep in touch with his company and/or friends/family - Keep in mind people don't make that decision easily!
- FC is being held against his will or was hurt in some way. He may also have had a psychic breakdown from working too much.

I don't think AMHASH is making this up, because FC/AM would have denied that by now - the only possibility would be if AMHASH was in on the whole thing, of course.
