I just got a truckload of $50 coupons for this product (C1) and the s3+; and another truckload of $400 coupons for the S4. They are all valid until the 30th of November. Obviously I can ´t use all of them myself so if anyone wants to buy them cheaply there is a "donate" function on their website which will allow me to sell them safely. PM me if interested.

Edit: VERY cheaply.

Still waiting for mine (batch 2 w/cooling kit included) guys. ordered monday night PST still have not rec. tracking information. Bitmain said they would push the shipping team. I really wish they would make a note on there site if they expect shipping delays...

I'm trying to get them to refund becauea this thing just looks like a nightmare of problems and would much rather have the s4 at this point. No word on a refund for s4 exchange. We will see what happens. Nearly 1 week and no notice of the tracking number. No definite answers from bitmain Sad just asking me to please be patient after shelling out $600$ usd for unit+shipping..... trying to figure out what;s going on bitmain or if i can please swap for s4 since unshipped. This thing does not look like something i would want to leave running in a datacenter unattended for months. Thanks for any help you guys and bitmain can offer.

Bitmain, I ordered a week ago C1 from batch 2 and did not receive my shipping number yet. I ordered many times, but this is the first time that I am waiting for more than a week for my hardware.

Have you like other vendors started to delay shipping, or are you self mining or what?

As it said in the item description, shipping starts 17th Nov, and are shipped in the order queue.

I don´t know of any Data Centers that would let you leave your homemade bucket of water sloshing around (not literally). The S4 is definitely the way to go.

I have experienced that they send products without updating the website, so you can check with the webmaster if everything is up to date.

Used someone this the thing?
http://shop.syscooling.com/goods.php?id=46

I think you are asking if anyone has one?   I would also like to know, has anyone purchased one of these?  Dogie, are you familiar with it and does Bitmain have any feedback on this model?  Is it recommended?  The cooler looks awesome!  I want one.  It would be great to have 1 cooler to support 4 C1's.

@Ilan no do they do not

@s4 guy yes i really wanted one of these as more of a novelty thing for people to see etc like a model i just hope that i dont run into more headaches with the pump and order delay time..... hoping i get my tracking number tonight :/

@fatman in a little over 3 weeks i will have access to 50x50 data center space with 600 amp 240 box. I will be the only person that has the codes additionally I have already been informed I can put whatever systems I please in there no questions asked. (after explain to him they are research computers for an experimental banking networking he was then lost)

I will be ordering the 4x c-1 kit as Dogie posted and see if i can shake some magic up with it. Will keep you guys posted but will not have the power for 3k watts until a few weeks (2nd week of dec)

ill call the mailbox tom. n see if it came by accident like some ppl r saying they ship w no update

I received both my miners today with the OLD wiring harness. Can Bitman and Syscooling confirm this wiring harness is NOT going to blow up any boards in the C1? So I still have to open up the whole unit to connect the harness.

Syscooling still recommend opening their own pump up to clean it out from dust?

Two things:

1)  After less than 30 days, one of the Syscooling pumps died on me this morning.  I came down for breakfast, and the case fan was blowing at max.  I quickly realized the pump wasn't running and killed the power.  Powered on after a few minutes, the pump ran for a couple of minutes and then stopped again.  I power cycled one more time and the pump didn't try to run at all. Any thoughts or just RMA?

Edit:  This evening I powered on the miner/cooling system again and the pump ran briefly once again and then stopped.  I also noticed a very slow leak now...so I suspect the coolant is leaking into the pump electronics and creating a short...thoughts on how to correct or should I just RMA?

2)  I ordered two C1 -B2s on the 14th and 15th respectively -- no tracking numbers on mine either, but much as in an earlier post, I'm not too worried.  I may get the miners before BitMainTech posts the tracking numbers.

@opentoe are you running the b2 miners with the cooling kits included?

@dsheaffer is the pump failing etc the b1 equipment? Thanks..

@chowminer.. I think about 1 I ordered two from a diff place only charged me 14$ a piece shipped from LA

I'm sure bitmain will deliver just a question of when (prob quick i.e. china factory) but like dogie say theres prob a short que of like 100-1000 they are probably pushing like 20-50 units a day maybe a little more (who really knows?).

REgardless I have been sitting here telling myself I would much rather wait a few days with this thing in china and them testing it then me rec. faulty product with all of the nightmares these other people have been xp with b1 Sad

now im praying my fans are not gen1 harnesss. Jesus i wish i just stepped up to the s4.................... why did i skimp over a few btc. The s4 coupon is 400 for gods sake.... and ive heard theyre shipping now no delay..

My moneys on this batch just appearing w/o tracking info. I've only ordered twice from bitmain but bot were 3 days to northern west coast. So it may be there tomorrow or sometime next week :/ Sad I want to mine....

No kit comes with coolant as you're not allowed to send liquids via air. + it probably adds nearly the same cost in coolant again to fly it round the world.

You need 700-800ml per miner, so 1.25.

The CC with this liquid is cubic centimeter.  1 cubic centimeter = 1 ml.   1 will fill one plus a little.

I was really excited about this cooler until I saw the shipping price, which gave me sticker shock!  One cooler ends up costing $246.

Total products money: $119.00 + Shipping money: $118.00 + Poundage: $9.88
Total payable money: $246.88

@dsheaffer is the pump failing etc the b1 equipment? Thanks..

Sort of...the batch 1 C1s required a direct order of the cooling kit from Syscooling.com.  I ordered two kits directly from syscooling.com.  One had a bad harness that cooked a fan header.  The other now has a leaking/shorted/non-functional pump.

I was able to fix the first issue by replacing the bad harness with simple 4 pin splitters that i connected to the remaining good fan headers.  Not sure what I am going to do about the second issue...that miner is still down.

I have recently order two more batch 2 C1s with the cooling kit provided directly from BitMainTech.  I will report on the quality of the cooling kits that come with these when I receive/install/run them.

Dogie / BitMainTech,

I said this weeks ago and will say it again...syscooling.com is ruining your reputation.  If you are going to market a water cooled miner, you need to find a different partner for the cooling kit.  This forum now has multiple examples of syscooling's bad pumps, bad harnesses, poor RMA practices, horrible customer service, etc. etc.

Continuing to partner with them, gives us users the perception that these problems are OK with BitMainTech.  Based on my experience with you, I know this is not true.  You have been the best provider of consumer mining technology to date...PLEASE find a better partner for your cooling kits.
