I see an interesting and ambitious project here, people are tired of scamming ICOs so it's a difficult time for a 3000BTCs ICO, but I see this coin within top 10 in a month, that means a marketcap of at least 25000BTCs

If you review top10 coins by marketcap you will see that clearly this one has much more to offer than those there, go check yourself the coins with marketcap higher than 3000BTC, lol.

What do you think of Tilecoin?

800 btc is far from enough to achieve the stated goals of this project. A working decentralized market with dedicated blockchain and built in smart contracts, that takes aim at Ebay and Alibaba? And you are thinking this can be achieved for the price of a used car?

Does it mean nothing that they wanna have money before they got started with it?
They should start with coding and development and after we can see a progress, it is ok to ask for money.

Too many people have been burned already with this ICO shit.
3000 BTC, really, why did you set the bar so low, minimum 100000 BTC is the way to go.
Think long and hard before you invest in any ICO.

Very interesting. Looks like BitBay has lined up some muscle.

From that link:

These guys are heavily connected. There is a good chance this will open every single door needed to blast our dev schedule through the roof. I have had literally ideas pouring out of my head for Blackcoin and in my eyes these guys can help make that happen.

Just one more clue that there is a Chinese angle here.

I'm not 100% convinced that all Chinese products are bad. Given, a lot are horrid, it seems that Eastern Europeans and Russian-esque types are more geared toward scams, cons and pure dirt.
