Oh, sorry for the FUD, but the signs were there: the sudden tweetstorm pause, what looks like bugs on the site... Could you explain why the site is deteriorating? Is it related to their traffic which is so low compared to other sites?
Problems that looked like unattended bugs: A popup message "Cannot contact RECAPTCHA", some sports categories were empty. Thanks for the report, We will fix that issue that appears to be happening on some browsers after undo to previous page In my case it was a tab in Chrome reloaded on launch. |

I tried to place a bet on Horse racing UK yesterday.Seemed to me that In-play doesn't work and when we get near the start time market goes off and not available.
I am new to BETBTC .Can someone please explain why that happens if it is suppose to work similar to betfair pre-live and in-play .

That is tough one to decide. Because I like to put more on my bet slip if I am confident enough that a team is going to win and just to make it a sweeter win if I had that extra 0.5x odds attached to a bet. So my vote would be to allow parlay bets on all matches and not just selective ones as a former casino I was betting on had this rule imposed. Which I just despised.  |

been trying to place bets on IRE horse racing for the last 15 minutes or so , tried to make two bets and both of them didn't go throuh
before placing the bet the exchange clearly showing that I can bet since the market has decent amount at least 0.05 BTC for my choices but everytime I try to place my bet the bet disappear and my bet turns into unmatched lay
why this is happening ?? is the exchange volume accurate or not ?? cause I feel like my deposit was wasted since the data that you provide are inaccurate

what kind of delay and what are you betting on ?? I placed a bet on Torino soccer match and it went thorugh , but not able to place any bets on horse racing 4 bets so far and all of them didn't go thorugh , the market just show that there is no back money after I try to place the bet basically the lines aren't accurate at all |

That was always happening on horse racing,that is why left betbtc Now i bet on professional exchange with real betfair prices for restricted by most bookies countries Thay have his own exchange and even possible to bet with btc through third parties PM if want link |

No issues since 2014Good luck on your bets I wouldn't worry about your withdrawal and your bets being paid if they won fairly and squarely. Just wait on their support person to get back to you after checking their system to see what is causing the delay. Please keep in mind they are in a different time zone then you so might take a bit longer than the estimate time to resolve if it is a larger issue such a problem in the backend or a coding problem for payout. Just be patient and they should figure out what the problem is. |
