How long you need to complete the implementation of the 2FA? When you create a site you should enable 2fa either that is via mobile phone, email or google authenticator to save your user. Saving your user should be your first priority.

haven't made any new withdrawal cause I'm trying to clear the bonus , but as I understood from my friend there is still no fee but he had to wait few hours

my pending bets balance is showing that I have 0.0519 BTC in pending bets but when I open my pending bets I can see only 2 open bets worth 0.026 BTC
the account statement for the balance is showing my balance correct which means there is 0.0259 BTC in other bets but for some reason the site isn't showing these bets in pending bets

so anybody can confirm this problem ?

In rare situations locked amount can become out of sync (higher) but returns automatically to normal after a few minutes or hours in the worst case scenario.
