Any reason you guys only have about half of the NFL - Alternate Lines options at a time? Pinnacle offers both extremes, while it seems that your site only offers one side of the extremes. Occasionally I see game where both extremes are offered, but it usually disappears before I get a chance to bet on it. Is this a bug or is this intentional?

All my withdraws were instant in the past and that is the best thing i liked about BetBTC BUT my recent withdraw is in "pending" state now. I have pm'd you the withdraw id. How long will it take to get processed?

Your withdrawal was already processed. We apologize but there was a small issue with instant payments for a couple of minutes.
It's now back online like you experienced on previous withdrawal requests, and following withdrawals should also be instant.

Please improve your fees sent with withdraw. My Withdraw is sent with 1sat/byte fee and i have no idea how much longer it will take to get a confirmation. According to https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ it will require a lot of time and that's not good 

I don't mind paying the transaction fees on withdraws if that can be added as an option that'd be great. Please consider 

happened with me in the past and the same scenario as well , when I did that withdrawal the processor didn't send it instantly and I was told that there is a problem with it so they sent it manually and the fee was small just like your case

I did a payment after that and it was sent quick with better fees , so as I know these only happen occasionally

- Period between requests was decreased from 12h to 30min
- Backup withdrawal processor fees are now increased to regular amount (similar to instant fees)
- Part of the withdrawal will be used to pay miner's fees, the remaining used as output to your payout btc address

Withdrawls are still not instant. I made 2 withdraws today, first one was instant but second one is in pending state now. I though you told me from next time withdraw will be instant?

Can you display the fee that will be taken? I don't like random fees that take "part of the withdraw", as I can't control whether you choose to spend 20 inputs or 1 input, and sometimes I might want an exact amount withdrawn somewhere.

You're an old casino for sports betting. But as a casino game you have only Blackjack. Are you considering expanding this?

It would be really nice to declare the limit which you consider "big" withdrawals and that would require manual intervention in the thread and your website terms. I wasn't aware of that.I made big deposit, win and withdraw so i expect to know before how much should i deposit and bet on your site for instant withdrawals.

For security reasons, we cannot disclose the exact formula. But up to 0.2btc it's almost guaranteed that the withdrawal will be processed instantly.

Regarding the e-sports, unfortunately we still don’t have timeframe for the conclusion of the implementation.

fair enough , they aren't that bad at the moment but I'm afraid that they will start getting worse with time so hope you add more juice

it's not fair to compare sportsbet with betbtc since betbtc is a pinnacle alternative and pinnacle has already the lowest margins in the business , but you can think about their first deposit bonus as a price boost since you will be getting extra money everytime you bet

limits are small indeed for some markets but I guess for anyone who doesn't bet over 0.03 BTC a game it should be fine , I had few games where I wasn't able to bet 0.03 BTC but these are really rare occasions

hmm that's weird , I don't remember if the odds were  American when I registered since that was longtime ago but now for me it's always decimal odds ( probably after changing it the first time ) so I guess changes can be saved since I have logged out and in several times and the odds stay decimal

Default odds format vary based on the user location. When the user changes the default option, a local config is saved in user's browser and that option should keep persistent for future visits.

Are you experiencing this return to default option (american odds) on the same browser / device? Or checking from multiple places (mobile, computer, etc)?

Regarding the second question of the binary prices source, we use an independent 3rd party api for realtime financial data (www.live-rates.com), and not a single crypto exchange.

but your range of markets is quite low, where are you getting your odds feed from?!
