I believe he is simply looking for character witnesses at this point for legal reference and to shore up some of his weakening family/associate/employee morale. It's not like they get paid in FIAT (based on previous GAW claims of holding all BTC and everyone accepting their remuneration in BTC as well). Makes one wonder if the 1099 forms were ever sent out (the yearly deadline of January 31st is quickly approaching) or if they are just going to "skip" tax season this year...hmmm...

Scott-
IRS opportunities. "Their" filters should be able to now find this post.

Only morale boosting that works IMO is sustainable development -- reasonable sprints instead of the current death-march. Be their own customers (eat their own dogfood testing) instead of tossing it against the wall every "release" by marketing's drums.

the trick is buy under 20

all aboard

You might be right but I guess that's a risk I'll have to take. I think what's holding me back is that there's not even one aspect of paycoin/paybase so far that hasn't been massively screwed up, their absurd pre-launch promises and hype all came up empty, and the new promises that haven't failed yet wouldn't come close to justifying a $20 price even under the most naive and rosy of assumptions.

I floated the idea of this being purposeful before, but there's no good reason I can see for them buying on paybase for less than $20 or making announcements of buybacks unless they're trying to pump it so they can dump the premine. Their actions if they wanted to trash the coin short term would be different.

He is back in form

I always wonder what exactly it is that they do.  Their staff picture looks like a lot of people.  I'm really curious what they do that they need to stay up all night.  The forum is community run for the most part, so no need there.  Nothing changing on ZenCloud/PayBase/HashBase.  PayCoin is pretty much the same, no major updates.
They have a Paycoin PARTAY all day!

Gotta have the jams to complete the scene: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIJnAMhjR4A

My take on BTC price fall... all because of http://bitcointalk dot org

They have good members, but a huge chunk of it its dedicated to destroy other coins in the efforts to try to elevate theirs. Its the Old Wild West there. I used to try and seek help there when I was started and every time I posted a question the majority of replays will say something like. "if you dont know the answer to that you should be doing this" Arrogance at best, like if they all were born with the skill set. Most people are not there to help. It took me some time and had to look in other places for help.

Investors look at this blog for ideas, and progress in the industry to only find uneducated, rude people.

That's my take, Dont want to generalize, but a big chunk of they user base is like that. I hold them directly responsible for holding the price of BTC.

So, we are responsible for crashing a $4 Billion market and we are also responsible for holding it? DOI?  How do these assbackwards idiots not realize that there are big money players involved in Bitcoin speculation that simply do not give a rat's ass about the hobbyists , enthusiasts, and idealists who frequent this forum?

It's mildly amusing to hear that a "GAW Founder" would really need help from someone in Bitcoin forum. It sounds like he's trying to position Hash Talk as a superior forum for people who don't really know why PayCoin is a terrible idea.  Most people here aren't rude; they're just honest.

That was pretty bad.  I tried listing some real reasons.  There are people over there that aren't as bad.

Wow mining is so dead it's unbelievable. Even getting free electricity the hardware will take forever to break even at these rates.

WaffleMaster, I know mining anything right now is a losing proposition.  Who ever thought buying miners for several thousand dollars to mine highly speculative crypto digits on a screen that you can barely do anything with would ever be profitable?  Some have done it, but the vast majority have not.  Mining is dead, not all new crypto technology needs to be a coin, it can be an exchange, an asset, etc.  I'm not sorry to see these big mining farms go under.

Back on topic, yes, paycoin is more than fucked.  All of you bagholders, sell now while BTC and your XPy is still worth something!
