What I don't understand is WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE INVESTING IN PAYCOIN?

Why are they so dumb?
Why don't they listen to anyone else but their cult?
Why don't they believe the dozens of news articles stating that the company they're investing in is a scam?
Why can't they realize that no one is interested in Paybase and that its dying?
Why can't they realize that all traffic to paybase is lowering by 50% weekly?
Why are they holding their shitcoin in belief that they will get $20 per coin when the math states that you have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting $20 per coin within 2015-2020 @ $100,000/month and with the current inflation of coins, don't these people do basic math before holding an investment?

Well, he already stated folks will need to submit photos of themselves, their ID's, probably their SSNs, etc. It's a trove of data.

A lot of folks probably aren't going to be comfortable with that.

What it all could simply be is which ever new losers are running the show for him, simply promised him that they would be ready to commence at the end of this month.

Don't forget that with the few if any developers left they need to create a signup page and some semblance if identity verification. This needs time and knowing how GAW operates they will need the full 30 days and then some.

They have never disclosed anything like that and they won't do it now, especially when there is a good reason to believe that legitimate revenue is approximately 0. Expect some more confidence-boosting posts and announcements, HT doesn't need any proof anyway, so this will all go just fine.
