For those digging for proof of fraud relating to the Hashlet Ponzi scheme, I think I may have stumbled into something worth looking at. Around August 20, 2014, there were verified account(s) being set up on Cryptsy for the purpose of taking cash from CC sales of "Virtual Miners" and buying BTC/LTC to make payouts from their non-existent hardware:
Actually the LTC part doesn't make much sense. They never paid out LTC, it was all BTC. It would explain though how they fucked it up. BTC and LTC tanked soon after. And I like how Josh takes 100k out of it and says "meh". I'm sure it was another one of those loans.

And I like how Josh takes 100k out of it and says "meh". I'm sure it was another one of those loans. I was wondering about the LTC aspect. In some mails there is discussion about LTC spiking, and I just checked the HT mod chat, and Josh and mods are discussing it as well on 8-20-2014. You can see instructions given to buy LTC with BTC in the mails, and then the BTC being used to make Hashlet payouts- presumably after selling off the LTC. Sounds like Day Trading to me.

I saw a different josg username (josg2003) in one of the leaks from today. Is this the first known appearance of a young, more innocent Homero on the internet? So we can be sure it's him, I highlighted all of the spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and grammar errors.

It looks like his net worth is his $3,000,000 life insurance policy, but it's term life, so it shouldn't count towards net worth. I'm a little confused. At a glance, the other assets and liabilities seem to cancel out.
So it's possible that, ignoring the life insurance which goes away if it's pure term, he has a negative net worth.
Edit: not including bitcoin holdings, obviously.
