That is classic Homero PR Speak. "Any interest in us adding another Hastaker for another pos coin one day?" No promises made and no statements given.

I haven't read the whole thread, but am curious as to why there is so much to read. Is the "dramatic" anticipation of his arrest and the 'companies' falling apart really that exciting?
1 - Keeps on putting out new 'announcements' about products. 2 - Sometimes people come in from HT and try to defend him 3 - Producing info on GAW staff 4 - Calling out GAW staff members/chatter about what they did/asking for info 4 - Data mining his old emails

It's very funny seeing these old quotes about what was painted to the victims, obviously 100% serious when he is explaining how a PNG will be able to mine other algos and also BOOSTable Haha reminds me of the few days I had some primes and had to time my goings so I could click on the little rocket every 12h for that extra UMPH of hashpoints. Disclaimer: As said above, when JG asked about staking other coins on cashtakers, I knew it was a fraud and ponzi. Immediately sold all my PNG:s and waited with my hashpoints for the launch of XPY. Sold 100% on first day possible. I think I had 200 or 400 XPY

Based on the amount of mistakes in that complaint, GAW may have a chance at winning this suit unless the power company changes attorneys.
Thank goodness there's always a technicality to help keep fraudsters from having to pay what they rightfully owe.

It's official, I have added a word to the lexicon : The tag words I added are not showing yet for some reason. Edit to add: I actually was forced to shave the tag list down to twenty terms (was tough- seriously) but it is not showing in the listing yet.

Thank goodness there's always a technicality to help keep fraudsters from having to pay what they rightfully owe. To be clear, I wouldn't call a typo or any other error I pointed out a fatal flaw with the the Power Company's claim. Just trying to be a silly w/ a pretty serious situation that no doubt burned a lot people. I do expect that complaints filed in a Federal District Court - even in those Fed Courts located in fly-over states - and drafted by experienced firms and lawyers (especially when Plaintiff has three attorneys mentioned on the Complaint) to be near perfect in form and not have the location of the court wrong (it was marked through and replaced w/ interlineation), have the name of the case number wrong (its not a "cause" number), or contain sloppy typos calling yourself the Defendant when you're the Plaintiff.

GAW / Josh Garza discussion. Paycoin XPY CoinStand Mineral. ALWAYS MAKE MONEY Is the "ALWAYS MAKE MONEY" feature still available and exactly how do I proceed to "earn" maximum returns?
I like trading XPY (a little bit) because there is so much volatility, but there is something I don't understand: Why is this thread so popular? 1) He's a scumbag thief. 2) Some people lost money and others still believe. ^^^ I haven't read the whole thread, but am curious as to why there is so much to read. Is the "dramatic" anticipation of his arrest and the 'companies' falling apart really that exciting?
Daytrading with XPY helps the scam to stay alive. So you are a part of the problem. Stay away from this scamshitcoin!

Daytrading with XPY helps the scam to stay alive. So you are a part of the problem. Stay away from this scamshitcoin! I think that depends on exactly what you are doing. If you are buying with Buy Bids to catch the next dump and then immediately re-list what you bought for a very small profit- say 1-2%, what you are doing is making it more and more expensive to re-pump the price after each dump, and taking profit from Josh & Co. and putting it in your own pocket- albeit a small amount. The problem is, there are very few actual day traders working Paycoin, what you have is people buying to HOLD, and that is what is playing into Josh & Co.s hand. If there were say 50 people playing the margins really tight on the markets with ~1 BTC each it would throw a monkey wrench into the Pump & Dump cycle and would drive the price downward. The REAL Day Traders will not touch Paycoin, because to play the XPY market with major amounts will most likely get you burned, especially if they tried to pump, because Josh & Co. would cash in on that pump and put it in their pockets before those pumping could capitalize on it. You can't play the Pump & Dump game on a coin where some people have an infinite supply of free coins.

One thing is for sure, if i ever choose to commit (online-) fraud i rather choose USA instead Cambodia or so. Seems you can pull everything off there without many consequences for a long long time - authoritys seems slow That is a very good point. You have plenty of time to invent your scam, execute it, enjoy the fruits of your scam and finally escape to a country with no extradition treaty before the alphabet agencies have issued their first subpoenas.

Can we please keep the NSFW stuff out of this thread and focus on further exposing the GAW/Paycoin fraud? It's been exposed for a while, now it's time for fun oh bitpop you always seem to have all those right answers to make me feel warm and fuzzy lol, but yes you are correct has been out for some time

OK, this is pure shit. Guess I was mistaken in allowing for the possibility of humanist intelligence in this crowd. Blame me for continuing hopefulness. The one constant here is derision! Hence my continually growing list of ignores. Yeah, Potter is fantasy, I already specified that myself! My primary interest is other. How about getting off your throne and allowing for possibilities for others than yourself!
If you run into an asshole in the morning, you ran into an asshole. If you run into assholes all day, you're the asshole.

Took nearly an hour to catch up and holy shit, Josh is fucked.
Damn, gonna have to change PayCon's name after this
lol yeah that happens especially when the people are adding more and more to the evidence for the trial and i am sure it will not have a pretty outcome in term of years

Based on the amount of mistakes in that complaint, GAW may have a chance at winning this suit unless the power company changes attorneys. First sentence of the complaint contains a glaring mistake (Comes now Defendant . . . and files this complaint against Defendant). Also, federal courts use case numbers, not cause numbers. I pulled the case up on Pacer - why is the power company's counsel filing entries of appearances almost a week after filing the complaint when complaints themselves are entries of appearance for plaintiffs represented by counsel?
BTW, for those are interested, no Answer or Motion to Dismiss has been filed by GAW as of this morning. Its not clear whether there has been service yet as no affidavit of service has been filed either. I could imagine the power company having not served the complaint yet, especially if they're worried about a discharge via bankruptcy or something.
IANAL, but I know more than I would like to admit. Typos in filings happen frequently, and they are either amended or (more likely) the mistakes aren't even bothered with. These little things will have no bearing on the suit. Legal documents that do require more proof reading are mineral rights and land titles, for obvious reasons.
