I am pretty sure that is the first actual witty thing I have seen posted on Hashtalk. Usually when I read the attempts at humor there I shake my head and think " WTF? Are all of these Hashtalkers from a 5th grade Special Ed class or what?"

By the way, I think I understand what you're saying by "corporate veil" but if I don't correct me:  that is the benefit of a corporation.  The owner's/employee's can not be sued for assets.  The assets recovered by any plaintiff to a suit against said corporation has to be recovered from the corporation's own liquid assets.  So this "corporate veil" you are referring to is just another term for "incorporation" it covers HG completely, and all of his assets.  They are unrecoverable unless you have a suit against him.  I do, however like you said, I highly doubt any of his assets are "traceable" so whats the point.  If you know something I don't, I can easily continue the suit, however, there is nothing left.  

I think miaviator was trying to say that the corporate veil can be proven to have been pierced therefore they can go after HJG. I hope after Stu as well.

By the way, my suit against GAW Corp/GAW Corp's suit against me, is in limbo now because HG could not afford or pissed off his attorney's.  They literally abandoned him, and let me know well in advance probably because they know what a broke-ass piece of shit he is.

Sorry about my lack of quoting ability, but to answer your statement about miavator and your question: yes, the corporate veil has been pierced and the federal government can recover assets, however lawsuits are fought within County civil court's, and there is no way to go after HJG's assets through that system unless you sue HJG directly (and he has liquid assets and other variables).  Also like I said, these are not liquid assets that can be recovered.  What, if any assets HJG has i'm sure are contained in untraceable forms as miavator said.  These cannot be recovered until criminal proceedings, and even then will be difficult to recover if he has convoluted their sources properly (unlikely for a MR like HG).  

As far as if I continue the suit (next hearing is in August), yes, I could win by default.  However recovering assets is a long road.  Winning is only important if you are winning against an individual or corporation that does not have their assets hidden or shielded.  I could literally sue you, you could never show up, I could win by default and you could tell the court "i'm not paying."  Unless your state allowed wage garnishing (which would also require many more court hearing's and judge approval) you could be off scot-free.  Of course suing a corporation is different, but this is a simplification of the process.  Suing a corporation with no assets/hidden assets/shielded assets, it's nearly impossible to recover anything.


EDIT: The hearing in August is JUST for his Attorney's to leave him behind.  I've known since April that they were dropping him as a client and i've complied with their request to not represent him anymore since then, that's how long shit takes.  So you are talking about if I thought I *could* recover assets from GAW Inc, probably several years to see any of it, at the very least.

It's funny you post this when someone just reminded everyone of this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-rmkSagiwss a few pages back.  Fast forward to about 1:15 and listen to him get a cheerful tone in his voice and a slight sly smile as he explains how there are a lot of advantages for a company to do business in BTC.  After his shitty Internet and phone service company was failing, he probably heard about BTC and instead of thinking about the good this could do, or it's wider and deeper implications on global trade, banking, and finance, his first thought was "hot diggity dog, I bet I can come up with some good scams based around this thing!".

As Josh is clearly too retarded to understand the basics of how a blockchain functions though, it's almost like he would need to have a partner with at least half a brain from the outset to handle the details.  But I wouldn't doubt he has been laundering money and evading taxes since GAW sold it's first gridseed ASIC.

I think some users might be reluctant to post here cause Bitcointalk is still the enemy but you can read the thread there and post a response here... wouldn't be weird at all.

mk gave me access to unlock accounts a week or two ago.  I had to sacrifice my account balance for the "privilege" and he explicitly said that unlocking accounts would result in that access being revoked.

So I started unlocking accounts

If users are reluctant to post here, then they can stay locked or figure out some other way to get their account unlocked.

A refresher, again.  BTC Lend was using an outdated or insecure coinbase API.  Several users reported that their coinbase accounts were compromised (people bought coins with their accounts and withdrew them).   HashClub deleted my post warning users to check their coinbase accounts, the post was just quotes from btclendtalk and then I was banned from hashclub.org.

It is being "maintained" clearly as the 2FA was changed from Authy to Google Auth when authy ceased working (likely due to non-payment).  Why do you have a negative balance?
