So as of right now if GAW doesn't get registered with MSB before the release of paybase what he is doing is illegal? Just want to make sure I'm clear on this.
In my opinion there are many laws GAW has already broken, but as seen with Mtgox, KNCminers, and Butterfly labs the law is always slow to prosecute and this will likely be drawn out in multiple civil suits or a class action. Whether you are drinking the koolaid or not, if you are involved , you should protect yourself and start archiving and caching as much content as possible because GAW has already been shown to hide, coverup, delete, change course without warning its comments and claims.

Tier 2
Verify a credit card or bank account Purchase up to $10,000 of XPY with FIAT Purchase up to $500 of BTC with XPY
So is everyone absolutely sure (preferably backed by a link or a screenshot) that "Purchase up to $500 of BTC with XPY" means "Purchase up to $500 of BTC with XPY at $20 BTC equivalent per XPY"? I don't believe I've seen any mention of BTC/XPY "floor", only the $20 floor. Good point, didn't think of it this way.

Why bother getting licensed beforehand when your plan is to use this licensing process as a delaying excuse?
Ah well, they can always claim the laws they need to operate havent been voted yet. 'sorry guys, congress is in recess, we recalled them, but paybase will have to wait until they vote our proposed 'Save the financial world' bill".

Difference between stealing candy from a baby and conning money out of the GAW faithful: Grinch: "How's about giving Ol' Santee Claus your lollipop and I will give you 4 lollipops Tuesday?" Baby: "Waaah! You stole my lollipop.!!" Grinch: "There there now. Santee Claus needs to take your lollipop back to his workshop and have his elves clone it, and Tuesday Santee Claus will be back with 4 lollipops. You like lollipops, right? Isn't 4 better than 1?" Baby: " LIAR! Elves do not exist! Waaaah! You're stealing my lollipop!! Santee BAD!" Josh: "How's about giving Ol' Josh your money? I promise I will give you 4x as much money Tuesday" GAW cultist: "Really?" Josh: "Oh yes! Ol' Josh will take your money back to his workshop and his Prime Contollers will clone it into lots of money and I will give you 4x as much on Tuesday" GAW cultist: "Prime Controllers? WOW! You sure are smart to have invented those! You are my hero, Josh, I want to be just like you! Here is some more money I had saved for my children's college fund as well. Maybe I can sell the TV and my wife's jewelry while she is at work, too" Josh: "This is too easy." "To the Moon!!!"

Don't worry I got documents for when this fish goes belly up. Only wish that I had a screen shot of his twitter post saying he was selling his mining centers before he deleted it. THAT would have been some legendary shit. Especially since he is saying that the PoS wallets will be used in their mining centers. Also that BitMain is selling a warehouse mining center that looks eerily similar to GAW's.

The trick is to try and cache his comments with a trusted third party like internet archive. Unfortunately, nothing on hashtalk is being archived by the wayback machine because the way that forum is scripted. Screenshots aren't good enough because they can be doctored.

Notice the very careful and slippery wording: "you can use in Paybase for $20"
Nothing about being able to cash out in either BTC or fiat @ $20. Why can the followers not understand what he is doing? Sounds to me like you will be able to spend your XPY in the Paybase store, probably even restricted to buying non-existent fancifully named cloud products from GAW.

Yeah, but with modern technology you can tell if photos are being faked. I'm also sure that somebody saw the url and backed it up.

Yes, you can infer that you can cash out in BTC with the KYC tiers in small amounts but their is no obligation he is making that claims they will buy all the coins at 20 USD that is dumped on them. They will probably use all the excuses in the book to simultaneously hype paycoin and avoid paying the 20 usd per coin hoping that the inflationary staking model will keep a certain percentage of the coins from being sold by those heavily brainwashed into the marketing. Eventually, when their temporary wall is sufficiently eroded(where they can keep a percentage of profit still from investors) they may just keep paybase as an exchange with a fixed minimum sell amount set at 20 USD where no orders are processed unless someone is willing to buy XPY for 20usd.

Concidering he not registered with the FINCEN yet it may be longer then that.
If this is true than this is outrageous.....It is completely unethical to both claim legal and regulatory superiority over other bitcoin businesses and at the same time not be properly registered before launching an the IPO. This may very well be another excuse given to further delay withdrawals, my guess is they won't need to use this excuse as they can selectively choose who to speed through the verification process in 3-4 days based upon how much XPY that is owned or if the person is likely to dump the coins or not. WOW someone just ask where the MSB information is out right https://hashtalk.org/topic/24461/can-we-see-the-registration-as-msb/5I saw the claim here so decided to ask them. Look on the bright side we cant ban you here <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<upvote>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> on that one That is not true, suchmoon got dekay banned 5-6 times

What *nobody* is talking about is that paysave system will ONLY kick in *IF* it can save you money over the price you'd normally get on Amazon, Walmart.com etc. Only if it saves you a few sheckels will you be able to use XPY or BTC , otherwise it defaults back to the vendor's checkout.

Additionally, paysave is nothing new or innovative but a plugin that leverages existing discount programs against the expressed TOS of the merchants. Look, I can buy anything on amazon for 3% off with BTC right now(while XPY was blocked by amazon because they were caught breaking the TOS with their buggy plugin) http://www.gyft.com/bitcoin/Any other of the existing merchants this plugin works with may be blocked and probably will be in the future at a moments notice.

Gyft isn't even allowed to sell Walmart gift cards in Bitcoin. You think they'll allow a third party to manipulate transactions between customers and them with some random coin nobody has heard before? Reality check.

I am surprised no one is talking about how they just handed out millions of coins and the market had an initial sell and now has been slowly rising. I am very mixed on this coin. But I ask all of you here what happens if they pull this off? Maybe it will not look exactly what you thought it would but what if they do put up a $20 buy on paybase even though it will be limited amounts but what if they actually do this? What happens if they end up having all the right documents and licenses? You guys have been very viscous towards GAW. So what happens if you are wrong? Will you guys apologize to GAW, Josh, and customers that believe in GAW? The reason I say will you apologize is because the things you say on here is 10 times worse than what they say about non-believers.

Why sell them for cheap when they can get 3x their money supposedly? That's the whole point. The point isn't to sell them on an exchange for $6~. The point is to sell them for $20 which is now heavily restricted. Nothing has changed, people are waiting to sell them into GAW, duh.
