One thing positive about all of this is that I have outlined a couple stories based around this saga. Great material. One is a Columbo style mystery with a murder happening over the scam and another more of a multi-threaded love story ala "The Way We Live Now", which most of the script for this scam could (may?) have been stolen from directly. All that is needed is to substitute the boom industry of the 1870's (Railroads) for the boom industry of today (Information Technology) and it is a perfect fit. Ya, I know these are used plots, but then, all plots have already been explored long ago.

All of my posts are simply statements of my own personal opinions based on available information and pondering what might be possible considering human nature, with the goal of finding truth and preventing fraud. Please look at all of the facts and theories and put your thinking cap on to draw your own conclusions. If you feel that I have made a false statement or have been unnecessarily derogatory, I encourage you to please point it out, and if proven correct and/or reasonable I will remedy it. ~ Paul Revere

So that one is still going ? Sent them some dust the first day

which was duly returned double 100 hours later but did´t try

again. I guess they´re waiting for a big catch.

Not really. I think the funny part is that GAW was promising to quintuple their money, not just double it Wink

I had to sell my $80 worth of obsolete hashlets on their market,

You actually didn't HAVE to do anything. You could have kept them. Also, you could have converted them to $12 stakers and sold them when they are available in the marketplace.
No, I really did. I was sold a product promised they would never be obsolete and it became obsolete. It became obsolete very quickly after buying it. I couldn't just let it sit there being obsolete. I had to do something about it.

I have to agree with WaffleMaster here, the hashlets that were "promised" to always be profitable aren't exactly what they've been touted to be. It's a bit of a sad situation with them at the moment.

For sure. Because GAW completely controls the price of LTC, BTC, and scrypt difficulty. Seems legit.

No, but GAW controls what risks are disclosed at the time of investment/purchase. And if you want to go that route - even LTC mining can still be more profitable than 1 satoshi per MH/s with the oldest available Scrypt ASIC (Gridseed). So how does that match with the "never obsolete" claim?

Pathetic  Sad

Quite clear from day one when this company based in Florida was the sudden exchange to list it something was afoot.

It is revealing the mindset at the time how the operator of this company works. He specifically said he would for the exchange(s) to stop trading his rare coin, at which time only coin-swap was engaged. That is in his mind yes since he is in negotiations with them to buy it, he could very well do that, and thus transfers this day dream fantasy to the public.

Todate:

no Amazon Target Walmart direct partnership as announced
no CNN or Time magazine interview
no 20 dollar floor
no Visa Master Card other to buy direct with paycoin

nothing promised to date has transpired.

*No Paybase, but GAW brazenly has the site up as if it is operating, complete with testimonials for something that does not exist:

And for anyone who STILL thinks that Josh is not a liar, all you have to do is look at this:

The website/advertising department rolled out the Paybase website, COMPLETE WITH GLOWING TESTIMONIALS for something that is not yet operating. This is a giant pre-meditated lie folks, wake the Eff up for god's sake. I think they know that those who are already sucked in deep to this scam can not get out, and every effort is being made to draw more suckers in, regardless of whether this requires announcing very clearly that they are just a pack of stinking liars. They just flat out do not care what those that have already been conned think, all they care about is suckering in the next fool. Absolutely disgusting, and in my opinion criminal as well.

Edit to add: I archived the Paybase site for posterity. As of right now the stinking liars at GAW/Paybase have not taken down the FAKE testimonials about a service which is now not even scheduled to begin functioning until next Monday. This is completely brazen, in your face, FRAUD.

Paybase site.

Hey Paul (and others) soon soon (like in a few hours from now) you all going to eat your own vomit..

So, the price was stable until now. Its climbing FAST right now, and it isnt worth some cents as many of you said by now..

And well.. now and because you don't have much more to speak bad, you are turned to paybase. Tomorrow will be what? New system? New hashlets? New what?

That page and the FAKE testimonials were , are , and will remain 100% undeniable proof that GAW is engaged in lies about it's products. PERIOD. End of story.

Whether or not they come up with something that functions tomorrow does NOT change the fact that they are dirty , stinking, rotten, LIARS  who are playing people for Effing Fools.

Correct.  GAW fucked people over pretty badly on this.  I don't even know what the fix was/is supposed to be.  Amps?  Allowing 1 week of HP mining?  Allowing conversion to stakers?

That doesn't follow the "obsolete-proof" promise Josh made.  He should have done something, out of pocket, to make it right.  His lack of foresight caused this.

Nothing to date has transpired as promised.

Every deadline is met with a curve ball.

Verbal Ponzi scheme in play.

Promise upon promise and new promise there after.

Scam coin, scam company, scam operator.
