send them an email, they are not so active here in the forum so if you only rely here your issue might get too long before its fixed

Hi Ned, hot wallet was drained (small withdrawal should work fine but big one will be rejected), it has been months since there is any need to transfer from cold to hot wallet so it takes a while for me to refill it but it has been refilled few days ago. Really sorry to make you wait and thank you for your patience.
