some people recommended genesis mining independently from each other another one likes hashflare better because he said they also have operations in Europe and they have some option for cashout anytime.
It's near impossible nowadays to reach ROI with genesis mining, and hashflare is no better since they recently made the switch to change their lifetime contracts to yearly contracts...

They would really do such thing sooner or later because they would kill their business if they would offer lifetime contracts and somehow this kind of promotion do really adds up on the hype which people put into their minds that they can able to make money forever without doing nothing.Just invest and forget and you do receive daily profits. They would really make a limit and if not then they cant sustain to give more than on ROI into those investors. This is quiet a wise move from them and that's why cloud mining isn't really profitable at all.

is there an UP-TO-DATE list for NOV-DEC 2017 ? With all the noise around the bitcoin for the last month, there is a multiplication of so-called "opportunuties" ofter with referal-style MLM or not. What to think about www.inviaworld.com ? or seen yesterday on Facebook sponsored add a future ICO postponed from Dec1st to Dec 15th 2017: www.envion.org so called scalable mobile mining (in containers)

is there an UP-TO-DATE list for NOV-DEC 2017 ? Yeah, I'd like to see an up-to-date list as well. If you do quick research, you will found out the OP hasn't active since late 2016 and the info can be found in OP's trust page. So, obviously the list of the websites status is outdated, but the criteria still useful. I suggest you do your own research before invest in cloud mining or ask in this (or any) forum if you're still unsure. Even the list isnt updated but reading up those things or guildelines listed would really be very useful on identifying a cloud mining ponzi which should really need to read up by newbie to give them idea on what i cloud mining and the possible risk involve on it.Since the list isnt updated you can anytime ask the community regarding on a site if its legitimate or not because this is the best place on where you would really get the advices that will surely help you out.

I don't get it how for example Genesis, Hashcoins / Hasflare or Hashnest are not legit, they pay based on what you agree when you buy contracts. Bitmain's Hashnest even allows to sell/trade your hashing power. However not saying, that those are good investments.

I do not know where you found information that someone calling HashNest a scam ...? In OP you have info that Hashnest is legit. This thread has not been edited for a long time, and at the time when was made, were large objections to HashFlare ... to be honest, I still have them ...

It is part of bad cryptoworld history, and showing up thread like this for new users can be good as a warning.

A very new scam is hashperium, active since 6 days.
They advertise with profits of 11% per day and promise new members, to give them 135 GH/s start hashpower.
No team, no pictures of their hardware, only promising high profits, a classical ponzi - don't invest!

Its always been good to bump an old thread as long it does really have the main idea on whats cloud mining Ponzi all about rather than on creating multiple post towards it then its better to read up and bumped this one which would really be helpful among new members into this community. If you are greedy then those red flag indications would really be neglected since you do let your greed control you but if you smart enough you will notice these things which are really shady and most of the time there are complete scams.

The first thing that I check when I see cloud mining service is always a referral program - if they give 4%-5% or more, it is certainly ponzi. Offering such large numbers of power for free for every new member or for every referred customer is simply impossible. And this is what push users to advertise referral links to this ponzi cloud services.

BTCPop.co has a cloud mining program. They mine on Bitcoin.com and other sites. It is a very reputable site. BTCPop has also peer to peer lending, staking pools, instant loan pools and crypto currency exchange as components.

The homepage has not this information yet, but they sell hash power on their site in form of shares "BTC-M". You get daily dividends and you can sell your hash power at any time on the market. You are not locked in. BTCPop is a trustworthy site and operates since Decemeber 2014. The cloud mining feature has been live for approximately 1 year I think.

Any info about hashmania.net?
Go through the checklist in the first post and make your own assessment. I had a quick look, free hashpower on sign-up + multi-tier affiliate programme raises a red flag. I would steer clear.

It's a no, no. Don't trust any cloudmining because their only going to take you money, better to buy a coin and hold it and sell later.
