Looks a really cool project
Dev im not the type to moan and demand updates but I can say that you have a potential game changer here and the competition is slowly moving into this space. I appreciate your work so far, just hope we are not too late with the tech
After 3 months poking around the crypto torrent space:
JoyStream is a joke...
"Mender revealed that he doesn’t see eye-to-eye with copyright law"...
This guy is completely clueless... and he will be insta-sued the minute his platform downloads Top 100 content...
And the judge presiding over Mender's case will very definitely, very much appreciate copyright law.
Alexandria downloads + streaming are working in beta = close to operational...
But the Dev insists that they will be fully DMCA compliant via a "piracy list"...
So safety via compartmentalization: FLO blockchain is public and Alexandria is just an index to FLO magnet tx...
But that's wishful thinking, man... people will fork or bypass his compliance mechanisms = trouble in paradise.
Though FLO has been a terrific coin to invest, trade and mine, Alexandria appears chronically underfunded.
Even though there's a lot of non-DMCA big $$$ stuff out there like the massive cam whore live streaming industry.
Basically, many cam sluts are slaves or being pimped hard or otherwise exploited and ripped off...
The vTorrent Dev can be the Martin Luther King of camming... please emancipate the whores, baby
Also, likely some under-the-radar NXT projects out there.
At least vTorrent understands that a ground-up comprehensive approach is required...
There are countless moving parts that must be VERY ROBUST or it all falls apart...
Plus basing it on a coin is smart to help finance and incentivize the project...
And I like vTorrent Dev targeting the File-Sharing Community... not the tiny Crypto Ghetto.
It's like a race between a bunch of arthritic, indigent turtles... I can't believe this is still WIDE OPEN.
PS: VTR will NOT BE DELISTED from Bittrex, it's 30 day volume is 13.5 BTC (double what's required).
