Aren't transactions that was not confirmed for several days will automatically returned back to the original wallet? If there were no confirmation, then I think the problem was not from yobit's side |

The details of the deposit received here are confirmed.
but However, the deposit is not confirmed in my Yobit account.

This is Yobit's fault.If you check poloniex's discussion thread, there are also a lot of people having problem with their confirmation and deposits on ETH, someone eve had 100 confirmation and still got a pending, although his balance is finally credited. Does anyone have an account on both polo and yobit that know if this problem occured on the eth network or purely from yobit and polo's side? |

"Block Height:3887040" clearly shows the withdrawal from my wallet to the yobit. But the balance of my Yobit account did not change. |

Anybody who willingly uses this site is asking to have their coins stolen. Even Zcash which is fairly hot right now is messed up there. I have lost coins here 3 times. 2 of those times were coins that were not being traded elsewhere. So I got an addy from yobit and sent coins. Never saw the coins again and all you get from a yobit support ticket is an argument with a robot.
These are thieves plain and simple. Yet people still support them or is it that they only service you after you pay a blackmail fee?
Zcash wallet is very unstable. Now it's online. Can you pay attention to my ticket?I have one transaction with "In process" during more 3 days. My login name is kakadyi. thanks. |

Don't worry Yobit is a good exchange, been using it for years now. Never had any problem with it. But they should just go and remove the ROM from the WEALTH coin. It would be nice if it would be possible to sell it. I really want to sell my WEALTH coin so please PM me for an offer!  |

Carboin coin withdrawal awaiting for Yobit.net confirmation for last 27 Hours (displaying "In Process"). There is no problems with wallets ( or at least my one is working fine). So far no luck with reply from support and even when I have estimated 0.11BTC balance, I still can't write in troll box as I getting "Must have at least 0.0001BTC" error. Can you please fix that ?  |

The reason is simple. YOU ARE USING YOBIT. If you are surprised that your coins are gone... well.. good day to you, sir. I see they listed another handfull of shitclones. I guess they need some quick cash for the summer. |

It seems you have similar problem with psch1213, and although his is ETH and yours is WAVES, I can't help but notice that they operating on the same blockchain, so does contacting waves dev helps? It's not like you'll get any help from yobit admin here anyway, so why don't give a shot at waves thread? |

Been a yobit user for more than years already and its not something I could tolerate when withdrawal is more than $3? I could just invest that $3 to some tokens like SNM where I can have more than 30 of it.

I found the best way to contact them is thru twitter. They have been quick to answer and fix my problems. I am starting to see a change in them. Hopefully they will add some extra help and get the ball rolling again.

HI YOBIT TEAMS can you make yobit work better on the cellphone or android its always lagging it freeze you click on something to write for a seach in the wallet page and it lag for 1 min or 2 why that ? maybe an option to add our favorite coin to show only our coin we want avoid this big list of coin that bug the machine i have this bug everytime you think its android keybord or your site ? ok thx add more fix site will be great !  |
