just 24+ hour? if your problem will be solved in several months, you will be very lucky, i advice you just wait and try to mention about your problem very often and in future, dont use this shit site any more, or you will lose more money. good luck... |

17 days - that's how long it took for me. I had withdrawal "In process" for all at that time. Stay cool and u get it one day. |

Why is suddenly withdrawing BTC on your exchange is off? I actually can take all coins to be hold by yobit but not BTC. Its the whole purpose why all coins are paired with BTC because we all convert them all to BTC in anyway to get out.

I am confirming that there are no issues with 'Send to my BTC balance' button and we can withdraw the signature campaign earnings not only in Yobit wallet but also in any external wallet. Yes, sometimes it takes time at their side to refill hot wallet but I think patience works.

I logged into yobit and looked at my BTC wallet and seen I get this message. "Warning! Please use only new btc address, wallet updated! From 1 aug use only NEW btc addresses for deposits!"Then I go to create a new address like it says I have to and then I get this message.... "You cannot obtain new address without using current one."Like um WTF  did you even take any of this into consideration ? some users sign up, create a new address and never deposit, how are you guys going to remedy those and others accounts that do similar then ? |

Wrong. Even if they are under investigation I doubt that will lead to anywhere. Owner and admins are Russians (presumably),while servers are located elsewhere  So 1000fks given on investigation ( tho I doubt it's true. P.S. I don't work for Yobit and I hate theirs dead slow support. Peace  |

Yobit fix $NTRN wallet as soon as possible or let me cancel withdrawl. My coins are stucked in withdrawal 0/2 confirmation for more than 10 days. This is unacceptable. 7 days since my ticket sent to Yobit for support but no answer

I have always steered away from this exchange but used it for one instance and was shocked that Yobit actually processed transfers faster than its competitors. Hope you guys change your UX sometime soon |
