OP needs to add incentive for people to keep depositing. Milestone rewards perhaps?
To keep the ball rolling, the next 20 people who deposit 1BTC will get their 1BTC back immediately, so actually it is zero risk bet.

More awareness is needed, in order to increase website traffic and fresh BTC being deposited.
In the case this can't be achieved in 2 days or so.I think stretching it out to a 2 week Ponzi should do the trick for now, until plenty of incoming traffic comes in and re-adjust back to 1 week (if needed for next round).
