His fee seems to have increased from 5% to 6.5%.
Also, There are a lot more address filled in now that were missing. They seem to be filling in at a pace of 4-5 a Minute, Certainly a manual job at work.
Just a observation.

I worked out the problem. Blockchain banned my IP... AGAIN! Fixing now. I have many spare IPs. I should've changed it before the new round just in case.
Anyway, this shouldn't happen next week. I'm in the process of assigning the missing addresses to the txids. Give me some time and I'll reopen the site.

is the manual edit just visual on the site? or should i not worry that the P is missing from the front of my address?

Stop whining like a baby and talking like a thrash can. You were warned. Everyone was warned. If you want to cry go do it alone in a corner somewhere.

My guess is it will take another 20 mins before he is done entering the remaining addresses. The API failed at the beginning so he has to enter all the addresses manually up to the point he was able to get the API working again. If you refresh after a min you will see a few addresses filled in each refresh.

This is correct. He might scam however he ran a clean game last week. He is putting in time to fix this one. So all we can do is wait and see. With that said I would not deposit until things are moving.
