This is what I figured happened. I bet about 15 BTC went to first round because they sent before he made it 2nd round. I saw about 15 btc paid to people at the end of round 1. Wasn't that much, most paid out was 2.3, I know this because I had a stack of 1BTC transactions starting second in line and only the first came in.. I was 1.21 BTC of it myself on purpose.. |

If an address appeared three times (three transactions) at different times, when the API sees the first transaction from that address, it will mistakenly pay out all 3 the transactions from the same address at once.
Which means at a certain point everything will be OK again. Some people just got lucky and got paid earlier.
