Last 3? It seems to me that you don't quite understand how ponzi works.

Assuming the table of payments on the site is correct, there are about 254 btc to be paid.
Even if OP doesn't charge any fee, it will require 254 persons to invest 1 btc to clear all those pending transactions. But then all those 254 new deposits will need to wait for 330.2 btc new deposits to be paid.

I don't think the leaderboard thing is enough of an incentive. You need to do something like daily or even hourly raffles where a user has the opportunity to win the jackpot if they deposit over a certain amount. You can even make it so that the more entrants, the bigger the jackpot.

maybe you should make gradually increase maximum to invest.. 1st day max 0.3BTC, 2nd day 0.5BTC and so on...

The thing is with all these little added extras are that it can have a negative effect on people's will to play. It can create FUD.

The winnings would be split between all those who tie. If you're tied, it would be a good strategy to deposit 0.01 or another small amount to get ahead of the competition.

1 BTC is the max allowed, to get on #1 and get back 2 BTC you will have to desposit 1 BTC and then 0.01 BTC for example, unless someone else is going to deposit more you will be #1
The 200% will be for the 1 BTC you deposited.
