If you can do simple math, SCSY needs at least 2400 satoshi to be brake even profitable.
Dump for less, and you loose so much on this coin. You might as well mine something else and leave SCSY for those who hold on Grin

My apologize if i am understood wrong. I dont dump coins i am a bit longer in crypto, but it is just amazing how people jump for hashing. Just no sense, because big part of miners just selling coins after mining. Just noticed the same with SCSY

hmm, i'm looking...

what do you get with cgminer -n

RV710? It`s a Radeon HD 4350/4550. These cards are too slow/old for mining. IMHO.

I know but it was enough to get some coins before the difficulty go up , but does not matter because cgminer dont work...

Not sure it is what i'm doing, but never had so many issues trying to get CPU mining of this coin going. If anyone could be kind enough to show an example of their batch file and what mining program they are using?

Seems i've tried them all, and something must be off, get program to launch for a second then dies. Just cannot figure out what i'm doing wrong, and never mined CPU before, just asic and GPU.

Thanks, any help would be much appreciated. PM me if you like too.

PoW is just started !

I want to remember to all that Securitycoin has 100% PoS until PoW's end. I suggest you to keep your coins in wallet Smiley
So I never understood that...does that mean if I keep all my coins in my wallet intill  ~265 days from now they will double?
And what about the coins I mine 2 days before Pow ends..will they too double in amount?
Can someone please explain this. Anyone please.. because the dev is very busy  thx

Your stake starts for each coin when they are put in the wallet. So each amount you put in your wallet at different times will stake at different times.

Hope that helps
Yes partly. thx but when will they double in amount?

Mine are staking now at 640
Mine come in at 25 coins then go right to spendable at 25 coins  .... no staking .

You need to wait 24 hours before staking occurs
Thank you  so coins going in  at lets say 2pm today will start staking at 2pm tomorrow. ok  Smiley

Exactly Smiley
When do I know when the coins are staked and which coins because some coins are over 24hrs and some are less?  thx

i have noob question how to activate staking is it automatic and do i need to unlock wallet for staking all the time, i have zero connections on wallet and staking is also zero altought i have some coins for more than 24 hours

Wallet start stake every time you leave the wallet open and unlocked (or unlocked for staking only - there's a checkbox into the unlock wallet dialog -).

But if you have no connections you are not able to stake and you are not even able to receive or send coins. No one has connection issues, just because our seeds are set into the source code so there's no need to add nodes in .conf.

If you have no connections probably it's a firewall issue. If your PC is behind a firewall, check if port 15793 and 15794 (both tcp) are open. If they arent, you have to options:

1) disable firewall on your router (not recommended)
2) use the port mapping to open only ports 15793 and 15794 (tcp) and redirect them to your PC's internal ip address

EDIT: i just checked and it seems that the label "Connections" in Statistics page is fucked up. I will fix this issue in the next release of the wallet. Meantime, to get the real number of connections do this:

- go to help > Debug Window
- go to Console tab
- at the bottom insert the command: "getinfo" and press enter.
- you will get some infos, number of connections included.
