Nickasa, I wish you well and appreciate that you have one of the best pools for LTC.

That said, I think there has been a long sad string of misfortune with your pool that demonstrates that you need to take on additional help to manage this thing.  I hope you're feeling better and are home from the hospital, but hopefully you will make notroll.in's future a priority now that you're back.

Before you flip out, let me explain this.
On 7/04/2013-8/04/2013 getwork miners were paid DOUBLE. Then since 14h ago EVERYONE was paid double.
Ofcourse i HAD to correct this.

This was also the reason the hot wallet dried up while i was away (and i still am, btw).

Your Balance: 52.17655995 LTC
Total Earned: 275.85166315 LTC
24h Earnings: 17.21279126 LTC

and you take away 17.31436411 LTC for 14h Huh while it should be less then this number?

getwork miners
I'm using stratum

I have an ACER 7950 8g corei7 laptop if you are interested, you know, for someone, who earns a fortune by running the largest pool, I find it funny that you have to get a laptop from a family member, to sort your things out.

I am sad for your sickness, but forgive me to be a bit sceptical in the world of BFL's....

You know what, I'll offer it for free, if you get a second/third redundancy plan for notroll and you remove the 5% fee to be 4 again. Then maybe, just maybe people won't leave in a second.

I'm interested in when this problem stopped on the 8th, and when you did the correction.

edit: also withdraws are not working for me, I'm getting the "wrong address" error although the address is right.

Niksasa, outstanding job considering you were in the hospital.  All your resolutions are fair and equitable, anyone says anything otherwise can PO.

The last week has been terrible for everyone that had a site and the way that all came through it with DDOS and the like, are commended for their Herculean effort to keep LTC alive.  I have sites and know what it's like to be hacked.  Gotta fix it, can't fix it got this to do, gotta fix it now!!  And all we're trying to do is please the people.

A few bumps in the road, but forging forward.  Kudos Niksasa and keep up the great work.  Need help, give me a holler.

Before, I was getting double the shares and I had my account reduced. Now, only half my shares are being counted and will the other 1/2 that are not being counted--will they be credited?

Terrible.

I'm trying to withdraw funds and have received the Transaction failed(incorrect address?) error for no less than three addresses.

Same here. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon. Meanwhile, the BTC-LTC exchange rate continues to plummet.

Did you reduce everyone's balance by the same percentage? because I only started mining at notroll last night, and probably didn't get double paid much. But I had a previous balance on the pool, that was fairly mined. I just wanted to understand the math on you did the balance reduction for everyone.

I noticed a big discrepancy in my total earnings and balance on notroll, so came here to check out what was going on.  So if I'm to understand this, the pool operator made a mistake and was double paying some people, so to make up for that, he is taking earned funds away from other people who hadn't cashed out yet?  Seems a little inept to punish the miners for an operator mistake, wish I hadn't wasted 2 days on this pool, won't be back.

It seems like the method used to undo the double pay may be unfair to those who already had coins in their account.  I had several coins in my account already before the double bug so I may have had too many deducted from me  Cry
