You got it wrong. There are 90 block of 10% then there are 10 block at 10000% then 90 blocks at 10% and 10 blocks at 10000%.
So 10% of the time there is a 10000% reward.

Amount doesn't matter. Stake weight is what matters. The more coins you have, the faster you get it, that's all

Remember the more hash the pool has the better it will perform, and the payouts will be that much larger.  If you don't believe me, try pointing your rigs at the multipool for a day, and see.

If 50 blocks or more are found (per algo), then the shift closes, and will issue the payout in the morning.  The only times that I may not be able to do payouts would be on the weekends, as my time is mostly spent with my family then.

As for the one coin that was not trade-able for a while, I have pulled that from rotation so it will not be a problem again.

I have no problem with that - cos i have only one miner, this time not a hightech machine and its stealing electricity, so I dont care if it doesnt work
