Is it right that it shows "Clickthroughs From Your Site: 0"? I had a whole bunch of clickthroughs before. It's only showing 2 referrals as well, which I guess are new accounts.

Indeed it's a bit surprising that ^ and ! would cause any problem since those are still just ascii.

Yes krill is transfered and rake is the same I was saying the krill freerolls that where such a huge part of the old seals are gone and they won't be coming back as we knew them any time soon which is understandable as its a new site.

The krillrolls will be back, although possibly with changes.  Agree that having both short term and legacy krillrolls would be best.

Right on.  I think it has to be understandable that krillrolls wouldn't be up yet.  I can't even log in yet.

They now have freerolls mostly ever hour...but they are all different flavors, including ofc

Having badacey follow badeucy in the 12game seems like a mistake.  IMO no game should follow a game of the same type (draw/stud/omaha/texas holdem).

HORSE follows stud with stud/8.  Arguably, razz is also a stud game.

Razz is absolutely a stud game.  It's stud lowball.

But we are talking about 12-game right now.  In HORSE it's far more noticeable when someone sits games because they come around so often.  In 12-game it's an hour between games.  With all of the draw games in a row, someone less skilled at draw games can just sit them and it's less obvious since it's understandable for someone to take a break once an hour and there's a lot of time between when a game is repeated.

We had similar conversation few month ago. You was considering make the legacy Krillrolls smaller or less frequent
and use the saved chips for monthly or weekly krillrolls, if I remember correctly.    

If you decide to go with it, please try to keep the bar low. The idea is to make recreational players play more.
If the requirement to qualify for weekly freeroll will be to collect 500 krill for the week like I see someone suggest,
most players will not even try and you will end up with few regs beating each other.

I don't think that lottery like incentives (great hand reward,etc) make players play more.

As you said you have lots to consider. Not easy job.

Maybe consider making a weekly or monthly volume promotion that is based on number of hands played only.  This way people can grind it at the nanostakes, and fill up the cash tables from the bottom up.

Or do something like the old FTP iron man.  Small amounts of krill per day, but you have to play a lot of days each month.

My suggested sequence would be

• release Android app
• release Mac and Linux apps
• new account promotions (repeated and discussed in forum posts)
•     -target Stars players *
•     -target live players **
•     -target Bitcoin users ***

* reward current Stars players who create a SwCPoker.eu account with the same user name, deposit Bitcoins, and play.  Provide individual VIP assistance to them in the process, after they demonstrate ownership and control of the Stars account.  This might create a buzz.  Buzz is good.

** reward live players who create a SwCPoker.eu account, deposit Bitcoins, and play.  Match deposits.  Provide individual VIP assistance to them in the process.

*** create frequent reminders in Bitcoin forums by rewarding qualifying forum posts and SwCPoker.eu banners by existing players (coordinated in private messages)

Simultaneously conduct promotions for existing players that reward

• raked play
• qualifying forum posts by existing players
• referrals that result in new accounts, deposits, and qualifying play

Leverage the promotional potential of existing players.

1)  I love how everyone is so excited and wants more features. Clients & promotions are coming, it will still be months for all of it all of it.  We'll release things as we make them. Still bugs to fix.

2) Speaking of which, the "dealt in between button and SB" MTT bug is fixed, so were 2 others I can't remember.  The "all-in micro-raise re-opening action" bug is being dealt with now, not fixed yet to my understanding.

3) Affiliate program launched, we are missing some data for some affiliates.  The majority seem to work fine, but there are some % who didn't get the initial email.  We are working on it.  We'll grind through it all and get everyone back proper.

I don't know how easy this would be to do, but it would be nice to be able to see notes on players from the lobby.  And also color-coded notes would be a welcome addition.
