Micon, Glitch... there seems to be an issue when moving tables in tournament. I had this twice now, sometimes I don't have it, so not sure what the problem is. Anyway:

Late DeepTurbo had 9 players, so 1 table. 1 other player joined so it's 2 tables.. I was moved to this new table. Couldn't see my cards, timed out doing nothing.

Last hand on first table was #553387.

Second hand on new table was #553460 (could see that.) Don't know first hand # Sad

My internet connection is not the best ever and I am downloading so could be some lost packets too, never had it on Stars though.

Did you try doing Help -> Force Reconnect?
This happens to me very often because my internet connection is very up and down sometimes. And the only fix I could find when I couldn't see my cards was to close the entire application and reopen it.

Had it happen twice now on Claude 1BB table.  In the middle of a hand it crashes or something.  The hand is over and the money in the middle is removed from the table.  Hand 487839 and 514644.

Here are the hand histories.  Notice the hand never finishes.  If you check the total chips on table of this hand and the next you can see the chips are just gone.  Email support heard they were looking into it (one hand was yesterday and the other just happened tonight), but haven't seen a credit yet.

Hand #487839: No Limit Holdem - 2/2
2015-03-19 21:43:24
Table 'Claude 1BB' Seat 5 is the button
Seat 1: amir7777 (3.90 in chips)
Seat 5: whodisis (10.60 in chips)
Total Chips on Table: 14.50
whodisis: posts the small blind 200
amir7777: posts the big blind 200
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to amir7777: [X X]
Dealt to whodisis: [Jc 7h]
whodisis bets 4

Hand #514644: No Limit Holdem - 2/2
2015-03-20 23:16:08
Table 'Claude 1BB' Seat 1 is the button
Seat 1: Irbbq (22.56 in chips)
Seat 2: whodisis (3.90 in chips)
Total Chips on Table: 26.46
Irbbq: posts the small blind 200
whodisis: posts the big blind 200
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to whodisis: [8h Kd]
Dealt to Irbbq: [X X]

Wow thats a horrible glitch never had it happen to me but needs to be fixed right away. Looks like its happening primarily in the bb tables.  Have heard people in lobby saying it happened to them as well.  Should get rid of the 5 chip freerolls and add more 5 chip buyin tournament to nudge people into playing . Hardly any games running just people congregating in lobby waiting for the next 5 chip freeroll. Need to boost traffic somehow and put in some more tournaments. I am doing my part in getting games started btw.

Its really hard to see the tournaments and whats available because of the glut of announced tournaments when you click on the regular tournament as well as the dozens of completed tournaments that remain cluttering the lobby. Hard to tell when tournaments are running because of the glut of announced and completeted.

Okay thanks guys will try that next time. Still I assume the client could have some logic "if no hole cards, force reconnect" or something like that in it.

Also since it happened when moving tables I guess it could have been related to that too.

I'm curious as to why SwC doesn't run their own forum software where you could have separated topic sections like bug reporting, feature requests, cashout/deposit issues, hand discussions, etc. As opposed to here, on a third party site not under your control, and one giant thread that will end up running 100's of pages deep.

That's a really great idea.

I'll build that after we become stable.  I think it could be very useful for bug-tracking, and I'm not opposed to having it public

Rather than using a forum for bug tracking, you can use github.com - it's free and good.

proper ticketing system on the way dooglus.  For now, during this early stage, IMO post here & email us bugs.

Not that it's of any particular use, but here's the squatter faggot's info, taken from another poker domain he's squatting.  And here's the mansion that such lucrative money can buy.  Squatters can go fuck themselves.

I can't see any mansion looks like only ordinary family houses on that street. Also these homes eerily remind me of the house of Walter White from Breaking Bad  Grin

Here's a small bug i noticed in the client. When you register for a freeroll tournament, you don't get any visual feedback that you've registered. The green "Register" button still says "Register". Clicking it again will unregister you. To see the actual status you have to select another tournament and then select the one you're in again. Only then does the button caption change to "Unregister".

It doesn't change status right away but if you wait maybe 15 seconds it changes from register to unregister on it's own.

We all (ahem, the sane ones of us anyway) need this.  However, at last report from Micon (if I recall correctly), we are more than a month or so out before non-windows bitcoin poker returns to the internet.
