SO, the script is now fully functional, it searches through hand history and outputs hand numbers with missing money, and the winners of that hand. Since the hand history lists blinds posted in their sequential order relative to all blinds posted instead of the actual chip amount e.g. "xxxx posts small blinds 1234567" (uhh derp?), the script cannot tally up all the missing chips from those specific pots. The output looks like this: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/341035669650407425/349034196670480404/unknown.pnghttps://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/341035669650407425/349031935164809218/unknown.pngSo there you have it. If you are interested in having the script run through your hand history contact me either on private message here, on the various discord channels, or on the swc trollbox, though you're most likely to get a prompt response on discord. If I like you ill run it for free, if you're a random I am charging 5 chips for the service, and if I don't like you... then wtf are you reading this for, shithead. *note Some hands are missing the name of the player who won, im looking into it but it seems to be infrequent enough to not bother adding a fix as its probably just another type of SWC patented ShitWare(tm). If SWC holds true to their word of making available full (non-corrupted) hand histories, this script will serve as an even stronger auditing tool (which is why im charging for the service in general, as there is value in being able to audit these sorts of things, especially in this sort of volume; one mistake or missing hand could be 20+ chips!) Some hands are false positives (from more SWC software bugginess) and show the beginnings of one hand and the end of others. EDIT: https://discord.gg/X8pSrVm <-- link to SWC officially unofficial discord room

The correct SB and BB values are in the first line of the HH, so it shouldn't be hard to substitute the correct values for the garbage SB/BB values in the HH, e.g.: Hand #15435592: Pot Limit Big O - 0.50/1 2017-04-06 08:29:27 Table 'Deep Giant 1' Seat 4 is the button Seat 1: player1 (179.06) Seat 2: player2 (75) Seat 4: player4 (136.47) Seat 5: player5 (137.14) Seat 6: player6 (75) player5: posts the small blind 8960060 player6: posts the big blind 8960032

To give players perspective, here are the results of some hands I found in two players' hand histories that showed where I am owed chips. Unfortunately I don't have my own hand history, which really puts this into perspective, as this is just a small amount pieced together. Sure would be nice to hear from SWC to calm this hysteria and give us the truth.

I'd like to start by saying that I'd happily pick Donk4u or RUchamp to be godfather to my future children.
@swcpoker, please release hand histories so that we can independently verify the discrepancies.
I would also like an official statement from SWC as to whether they encouraged players to discovered this bug to keep quiet, thereby tacitly permitting them to exploit it and cheat other players.

Only because I have such a hard time explaining any of the complexities of this situation on SWC without being met by fervent tribalism for SWC/glitch.. For all you shills and shillettes: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/341035669650407425/349477110588375040/unknown.pnghttps://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/341035669650407425/349477062429507584/unknown.pnghttps://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/341035669650407425/349476981177450497/unknown.pngGlitch claims he knew about it for say, a month before the rest of us, yet this is not in any way a justification of him clearly keeping this from players he is so closely associated with (or was), and that players addressed him about the bug. Infer what you will, people. These screenshots don't even address the fact that the bug had happened not only once but twice from presumably SWC conception (early 2015) until an undisclosed time, and then reappeared sometime(??) in 2017 until April(??) of 2017. The point of mentioning this is that as many players whether in discord or in SWC chat box had been wholly uninformed whether by glitch (who is a 'man of the people' in those parts) or by SWC themselves. No formal statement, no official time frames, nothing. Glitch didn't say a word to any of us etc. etc. Again, infer what you will. ** It is also worth noting there was no actual formal statement from SWC until this was brought more into the light by some players (including yours truly) and the players found out not from glitch who did know before the rest of us, but from other players finally either finding out themselves or finally bringing it to light. I could be wrong claiming this as I'm too lazy to go read what they posted originally so for what its worth: I'm pretty sure swc hasn't actually addressed the fact formally that this bug has happened before (2015-?) but only claims it happened the most recent time, and has been patched.

I have no reason to believe anything that he says ever again.

So you're saying RUchamp's script is not the official solution for determining the existence and frequency of error and reaching an accurate number? You're saying that you don't know anything? How much out of the 5 chip price do you accept as payment? :O You're fake news, Myz94. You're just trying to fill this thread with nonsense and lies to distract the readers from the truth. RUchamp's script was written by a community of programmers who have more skill than anyone on swc. I have no profit motive in people using his script. They are free to use the script that glitch promised to distribute to marlais, brokeneck, ruchamp, myself, etc if only he'd release it as he promised he would. Glitch lies. SWC lies. There is no more doubt to pretend otherwise.

Just last week glitch said if I zipped up my hand histories and shared them with him that he'd analyze them. He said he was fine doing it as long as I didn't mind him seeing how I play. Brokeneck witnessed glitch saying this too. Now he's saying he refuses to release his script until the refund comes. Just one more lie in a long series of lies from that man. If I'm fake news, tell me this: do you understand how the script was written or how it works? Does the word "script" mean some kind of magical nonsense to your medicated brain? It was not written by a community of programmers. You and RUChamp have a direct profit motive, as he has already admitted he is sharing the profits with you guys. You are selling a script without providing any information on it, you are simply asking people to commit $20 to receive a 3-line output that is designed to appease them. It's a good way to make money, I give you that, but it's not honest. You are being just as dodgy about your script as SwC is about their analysis. You simply cannot explain what the problem is, and you cannot explain how your script calculates it. I applaud SwC for not exhibiting the immaturity and unwarranted technical certainty that you seem to live under. I suggest you let RUchamp try to do the talking. No need to dumb it down, as your readers aren't too naive to understand the large spectrum of quality in one-off programming projects from a cheap source. There are a number of ways to confirm the accuracy and functionality of your script without releasing the source for free to everyone, though that's what you would do if you were interested in helping people. On another note I'm offering my own script. It tells you how many times youll lose with AA in Trump's presidency. It's community supported, and here are some of the commands I use to run it: cd porn mkdir swcscriptlol mkdir handhistoryanalysis pip install foresight python manage.py runsupersmarthandanalysisserver Ok so I clearly have some scripts up and running that analyze hand history and provide you with an accurate value of "bad hands". There is nothing you can say to prove I have not done so. You are simply smearing fake news everywhere if you doubt the validity of the script I just wrote. I commissioned it. Only charging $10 for mine. Let me know if you want screenshots lmao RU never said he's sharing shit with anyone. You're a liar. I even saw you say shit in the trollbox the other day about me multiaccounting in freerolls. You make up shit all the time. Your reputation is shit on SWC and I hope the readers of this forum have that perspective.

I can see that glitch applied peanut butter to his asshole today because your tongue is coated. Sorry, are you having the same conversation as I am? It almost seems as you have blanked on ways to address my claims, and you have resorted to attacking my 'character' even though I am a widely loved and respected seal. Want to test that? Go ahead, get an opinion poll and post results. Do literally anything that confirms anything you say, and you will run into fewer people like me. I am sorry for hurting the sales of your "bad hands, trust us" script. I love sealnut blubber The thing about truth, though, is no matter how ugly it's expressed, it's self-evident, and doesn't require your acceptance of it to be truth. So you go ahead yourself, and get an opinion poll filled out. I'm sure you'll find a plethora of liars, idiots, and uninformed people blinded by their loyalty to a site that does not deserve it. Lelz @ establishing truth from an opinion poll. Two of the largest krillers on the site have told me that since I started posting on this forum, site traffic has plummeted. I am proud of this inverse correlation between my efforts and the amount of ring traffic SWC now has. Keep spinning your web of lies, though. The more you tell, the more you'll have to maintain as they invariably will be in contradiction to known truths. All I have to do is keep stating the truth, and you will exhaust yourself trying to maintain your falsehoods. I would worry that your lie in the trollbox asserting that I multiaccount freerolls would hurt my reputation, but the accusation of someone with as bad a reputation as yours doesn't work against my reputation, rather, it works for it. If a scummer gives you a bad rep, it's a mark of credibility. Welcome to the dynamics of trust. I have nothing to gain by RUchamp charging players for use of his script. He did it for me for free. He did it for several others for free. If you're not a scumbag, he won't charge you. He only asks 5 chips from scum like you who are not deserving of a favor. The free market sorts it all out, socialist scum. Hillary Clinton lost. Get over it.

Sorry about all of the spam from myz and kook everyone, the rest of us aren't this addled. EDIT: so there's been a misunderstanding somewhere here. This isn't about me or what I am charging to run this script or not (Goldbach, Kook, Brokeneck, BertBert, RedKingcon have already had access to it). This is about SWC and their obvious fault in this entire situation. Again, sorry about all the spam from myz and kook, its not my responsibility, but if I didn't mention it I'd probably get coupled with those two, and if that were the case I may as well just stop writing now as I'd surely lose all credibility.

Sorry about all of the spam from myz and kook everyone, the rest of us aren't this addled. Hey RUchamp, let me ask you something. Do you understand the difference between arbitrary plaintext and functional source code?

This isn't about me selling a script, and I'm in no way saying I'll release the source code, this is about SWCs inactions and omissions, and separately about glitch's inactions and omissions. I'm sorry you are too [drug] addled to follow simple lines of logic myz, but I've now ignored you on this forum and on SWC as I've nothing further to add to your nonsense. I would urge anyone with a brain to hit that ignore button as well. Without Myz spamming this thread, it actually turns into a pretty well put together post.

Hey guys,
From what I've been told, support is almost finished calculating the refunds. They will process these refunds (BCC included as swc chips) within a matter of DAYS - not weeks, months, or years, which would be unacceptable.
My initial reaction to this situation was pretty negative. It doesn't matter whether I felt like I had a good rapport with their support/management or not. But I'm pretty sure that they will continue to keep their word, as they have done every time I have brought concerns to them.
Obviously, every player will look at this situation thru their own lens. But I'm concerned with results. And if we get these refunds within a matter of days (money that those affected are certainly owed, but probably weren't expecting, simply out of ignorance), that's what will be of the utmost importance to myself. The basic unwritten contract between operator and player, in any gaming environment, is that player will be made whole by operator in EVERY circumstance. While time has passed, we have not been made whole yet. I wouldn't be writing this if I didn't believe we would be made whole within the stated timeframe.
So hopefully a positive outcome will result in a plethora of games once everybody's accounts are pumped up with some extra chips. Hope swc will come thru again for us and hope to see some of you on the tables (at least the ones I can beat lol).

ps - maybe it's just the nature of this forum/thread, but some of you guys seem to be really going after one another. It can be funny sometimes, but might be distracting us from our ultimate goals in this instance. But I've never been one to stop a fight so . . .

Has SWC made any further updates?
A matter of days as mentioned by Marauders has now passed.
Where are the players' refunds?
Disgusting behaviour from site employees to encourage people who knew about the bug not to tell anybody.
The general shadiness of the poker site has always been there along with the incompetence of site owners, developers and employees so it isn't all that surprising.
RUchamp, thank you for going to these lengths to assist fellow players in the community. Ignore the troll, just another worthless piece of s*** from the swc trollbox.
Funny how the bugs and cheating in online poker have always been exposed by players and never by the poker sites themselves.

Just logged in for first time in months. Couldn't help but notice that all the BIs and any guaranteeds (I use that term very loosely) seem to have been slashed since my last login, yet the minimum withdrawal remains .020, or a little less than $100 at the time of this post.
Given that most of the tournament BI's are less than .005 in BI, and that the only stakes running are .01/.02 and .05/pt ofc at the time of this post, maybe SWC should consider also slashing their minimum cashout to something a bit more reasonable, given the price of bitcoin, which is what they quoted as being the reason for slashing so many other things sitewide.
Then again, if the intent is to make it harder to cashout funds, then keeping the current cashout minimum would seem optimal, almost guaranteeing micro players and freeroll winners can never cash out their funds.
But I digress, I've already spent wasted another 3 minutes of my life on a post that will be ignored by the glorious entity of customer service that SWC 2.0 has become.
Regards, -BttB

After today marks a week. I got the same response on the same day you did as well. I was told on Saturday they may issue them today. Now I can't trust what there saying and have to assume they are insolvent.

It's been a week since SWC said they would pay refunds within days.
It's been five months since SWC discovered this "bug."
This is exactly what exit scams look like in their last days.
A player who emailed them looking for a refund today was told to "play at [his] own risk."
Stealing a huge amount of money wasn't bad enough for this company. Now, they are going to lie about it as long as they can to keep their faucets running.
