"Just deposit a little more to get to 20 chips and then cash it right out if it's such a big deal.  "
20 chip is 200+ USD i dont have bundles of dollars just lying around the room, sorry;
im happy when i have got 10$ to live the day; yeah i'm that cheap, but that is not the topic of issue!

Gotcha, wasn't trying to be a dick about finances and nobody has stated your request for lower withdrawal amount is unreasonable.  But posting over and over about it in such a short time is not going to help your cause I'd guess.  Have you tried emailing support?

I emailed support about a bunch of stuff and learned a fair amount in less than one day.

I will offer cashouts from swcpoker if you have less than 20 chips for a 1% fee (plus my transaction fees, your choice whether i use high or low), PM me (PM is better as I get notification) or just post here in the thread how much you send me.

yeah 20 chips min withdrawal is definitely not suitable at all

5 chip cashout request
c'mon let's be reasonable about cashouts, mkay?!

We have heard the community regarding cashouts. We think it is our number one issue right now. One thing that is often overlooked about SwC Poker is that we have never charged a cashout fee to the players. In the past it was not a problem, but now it has been costly and SwC Poker decided to absorb the cost for a long time. We are working on a new cashout system where the minimum amount will be lower and the player will pay the fee. Until we release the new cashout system, the minimum will still be 20 chips and SwC Poker will still pay the fee each time.

for what i've noticed, hte cashout speed increased and least i'm thankful that they are paying out winnings consistently!

My cashouts - including a sizable one in early November - have always been fast and reliable as well. This is not a prediction of future results - more and more things seem to be falling by the wayside and I'm not sure how long that can continue before getting to core functions.

While we don't currently offer the low cashout amount players want we try our best to be fast with our cashouts because we know players appreciate getting paid quickly.

1. Why were the Overkrills removed?

2. Why is the min cashout $200?

3. How far along is the mobile client that was promised to be released this summer (5 months ago)?

1. Overkrill MTT is on Sunday, we may bring them back to other days.
2. Addressed above
3. We admit that we ran into problems with Android client and the community deserves an apology from us for lack of updates. We know you have been waiting a long time for client updates. We expect to show the community something new in early 2018. Our philosophy is based on not ever using outside help and doing every part internally so we can be sure of security. Our process makes for very slow development. We will make a call for alpha testers to help us debug the new client when we are ready to do so.

3) Rake

We have been in touch with Marauders80, who offered us good advice from a long time high limit player. We are going to follow much of what he said. Rake tables are being discussed internally and will be lowered soon.

We recognize our issues and are building solutions. In early 2018 we will show the community an improved SwC Poker.

This is hardly an answer to the question. You don't need to tell us they're not there. We noticed.

In early 2018 we will show the community an improved SwC Poker.

Well, when this happens, and if it includes actually promoting the site rather than cutting promos consistently, you might see me paying rake again.

Quick reality check here...do you realize that "early 2018" is in a little over 3 weeks? If by "early" you mean "May" or "never," I recommend just stating that rather than setting player expectations and then going AWOL like you did with the "summer 2017" update.

Why did you remove them from the other days?  You introduced them as a make good for removing the guaranteed lifetime rewards of the high value krillrolls.

Remember?

Why did you take them away without saying anything?  Why do you frequently go weeks at a time saying nothing?  Are you so busy that you can't check the one message board you post to daily?  What are you so busy doing, because it isn't: catching cheaters, improving the software, fixing the cashout issues, adding games, updating your site, updating your twitter, or promoting the site.  Do you have a day job?

Two months ago you posted that you spoke to Marauders80 and got suggestions.  AND that you were working on lowering withdraws:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=962440.msg22604467#msg22604467

What have you done on those two fronts in the last two months?  It seems like you just say the same thing over and over and over again.  "We're working on _____ it'll be great in a few months!"  Yet nothing seems to be getting done.  Anyone can look through your post history and see the same thing for a new client.  Every few months it's "We're working on it!".  What have you gotten done so far?  What can you show people?  If you've been working on it for years and you don't even have an alpha, maybe it's time to stop taking so much pride in "not ever using outside help" (keep in mind that every piece of software your site has ever used has been rented/bought) and start paying people who can get stuff done?  This is assuming, of course, that you'd like to eventually have a site that has more than 5 average active players and a 24 hour high of 20 active players (numbers from pokerscout).

GUYS, WAIT!! Your criticism is too harsh!!!

don't be too hard on them! after all, SwC is a community project and not a full-blown casino, right?!
we have to be thankful for  whatever good things are already worrking, and if they have time, let them improve..

As far as I'm aware there is absolutely no way in which SwC could be fairly described as a community project.

It is a great website, I like poker a lot and often play it for BTC. I would also recommend you the online casino from https://luckybity.com As you guys prefer cryptogambling, it is a great option for you. You can deposit Bitcoin or Ethereum as well as some other popular currencies there. Good luck with playing Wink

We are currently experiencing an outgoing email issue. Support ticket responses and password reset emails will not work during the outage.

Incoming email is working, so we have received your messages but responses will be delayed.

We will update when it is working again.

Why is this information not on your twitter or website?  Or 2p2?  Why do you communicate only here (where the lowest % of poker players congregate) and only occasionally?

Also I wonder why in the past month or two it seems like there are always massive issues.  Site going down, withdraws delayed, emails down.  All this is cropping up recently.  It's odd.  Comments?

Email is back up and working.

Password resets will now work as usual.

If you have a ticket waiting for us, we will respond to it soon.

Why is this information not on your twitter or website?  Or 2p2?

Thank you for your questions.

Regarding TwoPlusTwo, they asked us for a monthly payment to continue answering questions on their forum and they did not accept Bitcoin.

Regarding our website, we are redesigning it for better functionality to display alerts like email down and site maintenance.

Regarding Twitter, you are correct, we should have tweeted this.

SwC Poker has to fix our issues if we want to be competitive. We recognize them and we are building solutions. Internally, we have discussed how our players deserve a better SwC. We agree with you that we need to step it up. Early next year you will see it.

That's to have your own self-moderated forum.  Anyone is allowed to post on the site for free.  There are tons of sites that have representatives that post on 2p2 that haven't paid to have their own self-moderated forum.  If they told you differently you should post those emails, it would cause a ton of outrage and improve your standing.

Let me guess...that's coming "in a few months"?  Why don't you update it to reflect what is currently going on on your site?  Why is the only place anyone can see what is actually going on on the site to check this random non-poker related message board?

Quote

You haven't tweeted in two months.  Before that you hadn't tweeted in a month.  Before that it was a once-a-week to once-every-two-weeks event.  I've asked this before (ignored obviously) but what do you guys do all day?

You've been saying this...literally verbatim...for years now.  What have you done in the last two years to improve the site?  What has changed from then to now to make anyone believe that things are/will change?

And please don't say that we'll see in a few months.  It shouldn't be hard to say "We have done _____, ________, and _______; ________ is 75% of the way done, ___________ is 50% of the way done" etc.  A good example is the mobile client.  That's been "coming" for a very long time now.  It was supposed to be here over the summer.  It's now the winter.  What's finished on it?  How far along are you on the parts that aren't finished?  How many people are coding it?  How many hours have they been working on it thus far?

c'mon let's be reasonable about cashouts, mkay?!

I guess so, although I have no idea what the miscommunication would have been. SealsWithClubs had a rep for quite some time, and they never had to pay us a cent for that:

TheTeam (https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/members/359510/)

The account's still active, and could be used right now, but I'm not sure if sealswithclubs/swc has any of the same people involved.

I've never had any communication with SWC that I can find.

If they want to have a branded account, be able to promote promos, etc., that would require advertising with us. But if they want a rep like they had before, that was able to answer non-promotion related questions, they're more than welcome to have one. They can email me at the address in my profile, or email 2+2 directly.

There's a bug on the ring game buy-in screen that has been there forever. It defaults to the minimum buy-in. Each time, I change that to max and check the "remember my buy-in" box and click ok. Come back next day, same table, defaults back to minimum amount.
